  • Easy to use

Good quality material and Manufacturing

  • First time using these
Style: 5 Pack-32 x 47.5 inch
They seem to be protecting our new plants well. If the plants come back in the spring and continue to grow, I will for sure purchase more of these.

  • You'll need to find a way to get support in the bag if you live in a place with snow.
Style: 5 Pack-32 x 47.5 inch
These are just bags. I live in zone 5b, heavy snow in winter. I can definitely see snow crushing my roses in these bags since the bags will create more space for snow to layer on. I did get some garden sticks and installed them inside so there'll be some sort of support.

  • Great product
Style: 5 Pack-32 x 47.5 inch
I ordered these to try anD save my hydrangea buds. These are a nice quality. The size is more geared to a small tree or slinder bush. I was able to fit them on my smaller hydrangea bushes.

  • Durable, and so much easier than lugging a lime tree inside each winter
Style: 2 pack-47.2 x 71 inch
I grow several citrus trees in large 20x20 containers in a pretty marginal environment. So each year, I'm faced with the challenge of how best to overwinter. I've tried building shelters out of plastic sheeting heavy swattling with burlap or garden fleece, and even lugging them inside. When I saw these zip bags, I was pretty skeptical ad assumed they'd either tear from wind or branches, or just not hold up very well. I have been pleasantly surprised by their performance instead. The material itself is pretty thick, and stiffer than even heavy garden fleece I've used in the past. Even with a tight fit over a yuzu with 1" thorns, I have not seen a single tear after more than a month of use. Moreover, the zipper / drawstring combo make them surprisingly easy to apply. We've yet to have any real solid freezes this year, but I think the fabric alone ought to keep me safe into the high 20s, and if I supplement with Christmas lights inside when the temp really drops, I expect to get through the winter with these and will use again next year ... show more

  • Very sturdy
Style: 2 pack-47.2 x 71 inch
Finally had a frost advisory and was able to put these to the test. These are very large and I used them on my largest banana tree. They had plenty of room to spare. I could have gone with a smaller size, but too big is better than too small and my young trees will grow into the size. I was impressed by how well made these are. The fabric is sturdy, thick but breathable enough. Placing them around the tree was super easy, as is removal and refolding for storage. They did their job as I had no frost damage on my young tree. I would like to get more in different sizes for the variety of young trees I have growing.. ... show more

  • Works, large, sturdy enough, but not a natural fiber
Style: 1 pack-79 x 95 inch
This works well to protect our fig tree in the winter. We're happy with how it helps us manage the wind and cold our figs are subjected to. I do wish it were made of a natural fiber.

  • Test suggests a somewhat wide body plant 6' tall would be covered top to ground.
Style: 1 pack-79 x 95 inch
Vine review for 79x95 single plant cover bag. Other reviews here cover the thick material, the zipper which does run the full long length of the bag, the handy noose string that can tighten around the bottom if desired. But we have all been there, got flat measurements like 79x95 and still wonder, what can this cover? Clearly it would do a good job covering a 78x94 piece of plywood! But with this monster bag, inquiring minds what to know, what size bush, young tree will it really cover? A "test" was created and covered with this BKDMZZMY 79 x 95 bag for this photo and this data. The measurements taken indicated that a wider round plant, 6’ tall, could be covered from tip to ground. Ta-dah! Obviously a plant with less high branching than this photo, say a more conical Christmas tree shape, could …. “Take you higher” (Sly and the Family Stone.). As a wider shape would cover less. This is hopefully a starting place of reference. A central pole, from just above tip to ground, secured to the trunk could be prudent. Would rain freeze on this bag, adding dangerous weight? Check for other reviews in coming weeks and months from people likely to have that weather. It Ain't Me Babe. (Bob Dylan) ... show more
