i ordered this miner on sept 19. i payed the extra for the fast shipping thinking it would be fast. i was wrong. delay after delay, it finally changed the date for delivery, sept 25- sept 27. well sept 27 came around and it had just then reached new york, at like 3 pm. then another delay shipping changed to oct 3. which was the original date with out the express. and that was the last update i received untill it unknowingly showed up at my door today. sept 30th..... gee glad i spent the extra. now on to the product its self. package had a little damage. looked like some birds pecked at it. and the edges of the box was a little crushed in but the actual product itself was fine. opened it up hooked it up all pretty easy. wait some time for it to give me info on what its doing.... and nothing.... turns out it wont connect to the wifi. after trying over and over with no results i dig into the manual. says nither the password or user name can have special characters.. so mine refuses to connect because i chose to have an ! in the name instead of an i. now i gotta figure out how to change that before it will connect. THIS THINGS BEEN MORE TROUBLE THEN ITS WORTH!!!! update* i have fully read the manual, tried the "problem solutions" to fix the issues. and even tried to connect to a different network. it just wont connect to wifi. i wouldn't recommend this product. get it somewhere else. or just get something else ... show more

Very misleading. This overheats and has since "bricked". I am unable to use it and unable to return it.
