  • Great Tool But The Handle is Very Weak and Bends Under Little Pressure
TLDR; Tool Head: 5 Stars, Tool Handle: 0 Stars. The tool is great, I wouldn't want to break apart pallets without a tool like this. However, the handle is not up to the task. At all. If you go with this tool, open the box, remove the head of the tool, close the box and throw away the rest. Go down to the hardware store and pickup a piece of Black Pipe. I got an 8 foot piece, and it is perfect. I had to hammer it into the head, it was slightly larger than the size of the original handle. But it is much stronger. With the steel pipe handle, you can break apart nearly any pallet. Even the hard wood ones with too many nails. If this tool was sold with just the head and no handle, it would be worth a lot more in my mind. ... show more

  • Bent immediately in the first two minutes.
This thing is complete junk it then immediately when we started using it. Introduction: I recently purchased a pallet tool that promised durability and efficiency in handling heavy loads. However, my excitement quickly turned into utter disappointment when the tool bent within the first minute of use. The product failed to deliver on its claims, and I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from wasting their hard-earned money on such a subpar item. Build Quality: One of the first things I noticed upon receiving the pallet tool was its flimsy construction. The material used felt cheap and lightweight, which immediately raised doubts about its ability to withstand heavy lifting. Despite my initial concerns, I decided to give it a chance, hoping that appearances could be deceiving. Unfortunately, my hopes were shattered within moments of putting the tool to use. Performance: As soon as I attempted to lift a moderately weighted pallet, the tool showed its true colors. The moment I applied a bit of pressure, it began to buckle and bend, leaving me dumbfounded. How could a tool designed for heavy-duty tasks fail so miserably at its primary function? It was clear that the manufacturer had cut corners in terms of design and materials, resulting in a weak and ineffective product. Durability: I had expected the pallet tool to withstand the rigors of daily use, but its fragility became evident far too quickly. The bending incident not only rendered it useless, but it also raised concerns about its overall lifespan. If it couldn't withstand a single minute of pressure, how could it possibly endure the demands of regular, heavy-duty lifting? It became apparent that the tool was ill-suited for its advertised purpose. Safety: The immediate failure of the pallet tool not only disappointed me, but it also posed a significant safety risk. The bending metal could have easily caused an accident, resulting in injury to myself or others nearby. A product that fails to maintain its structural integrity under normal circumstances is not only disappointing but also potentially dangerous. I expected a tool that I could rely on, not one that put my well-being at risk. Customer Support: Hoping to find a resolution to my issue, I contacted the customer support team of the company. Regrettably, their response was equally disappointing. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns, providing vague and unhelpful suggestions that did not address the tool's inherent design flaws. It was clear that they prioritized sales over customer satisfaction, leaving me feeling frustrated and abandoned. Conclusion: In conclusion, the pallet tool I purchased was an absolute disappointment in every aspect. From its flimsy build quality to its abysmal performance and lack of durability, it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The safety concerns associated with its immediate bending were alarming, and the lack of support from the manufacturer further compounded my disappointment. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this particular pallet tool and seek out a more reliable and well-crafted alternative. It is crucial to invest in products that deliver on their promises and prioritize customer satisfaction, which this tool clearly failed to do. ... show more

  • Great Time Saver
My lady loves to make garden items from pallets. We really like this tool and put it to work. Once the three piece handle was put together, I noticed there was a 'wobble' in it as the pieces did not fit together snuggly. By the time we finished the third pallet, It had a slight but noticeable bend between the two lower handle sections. (see photo). We will find a heavy duty pipe to replace this handle when it goes. (about a month of use for us) We did purchase another Pallet Buster for less without a handle as my lady continues her quest of repurposing pallets for her garden. ... show more

  • Good product.
Overall a good product. Handle is shaky, a welder is going to fix that. Wish the feet had a curved angle so as you pry up it moves point of contact away from the handle.

  • Pallet puller
Haven’t used it yet but put together and. It is really heavy duty. Well made.

  • Lost a fight with a stubbon pallet
The tool was easy to put together without instructions. I quickly put it together and got a test pallet, but I started bending the handle by the second plank. I used a hammer to finish the job, then I swapped for another pallet and flipped the tool head to reverse the bend. The first plank went smoothly, but the second plank was tough. So tough that it snapped the weld on one of the fingers! The right finger in the photo is the original orientation, and the left finger is the one that broke. The pallets had been outside in a dry climate for awhile, so maybe the nails were holding tighter than usual because of shrinkage. If your pallets are dry, I would avoid this tool. If your pallets are usually fresh and moist, then it will probably work for you. ... show more

  • Not well built.
The concept is good, but the execution on this product leaves much to be desired. I tore apart 4 pallets - two were standard, and two were designed for larger loads. I started with the standard ones and by the end of the second pallet the handle was starting to bend. While disassembling the heavier duty ones, the forks started to bend. One of the welds even cracked. Now using this was still easier than trying to use a hammer and crowbar, but I don't think it will handle busting many more before it 'busts' itself. ... show more

  • Great tool
If pulling boards with nails it’s fast! If you have any screws you’ll bend the handle on it. I bent it and made a better handle. Makes quick work of deck removal
