Borax is a great multipurpose product. I like to use it for my diy laundry detergent and as a surface cleaner by adding it to water.That being said I believe this product is about 4x the price of what I typically buy and both products states they are %100 borax and I notice absolutely no difference. My typical borax comes in a paper box that you cannot reseal so the zip top is definitely a plus for storage. Overall I don’t think the price is justified. ... show more

I like to use borax for a lot of things in my household. It can deal with insects, cleaning and even dealing with the laundry. I've been using this mostly as a laundry detergent booster. It helps to neutralize any odors and just gives me a better clean when I use it. The smell is also quite pleasant and it is very lavender like which I find to be relaxing.
