my son lives in the vr world. usually works great but sometimes the battery will spin inside the controller and wont make contact with the cover to charge it. so every now and then i gotta take the cover off and spin the batteries. other than that i think its saved me enough in batteries to pay for itself. ... show more

    • If you're struggling to charge the controllers...
This is a nice accessory for the Meta Quest 2 headset. I purchased it and had it all set up for my kids on Christmas morning. It has been used multiple times a day with ease and I do believe this will hold up over time. I love that it keeps everything in one place, and is crystal clear when it's charging and when it's done. One thing I struggled with was getting the handheld controllers to charge. I read several reviews and couldn't figure it out so I wanted to add a little tip: Just make sure that the metal stripes on the rechargeable batteries are facing up before you put the covers on and you'll be all set. Small complaint: With games like Beat Saber, sometimes the battery cover on the controllers will start slipping off during gameplay. I looked into getting rubber covers to make sure they don't fall off during more intense games, though I believe this would affect the controllers charging properly. Last comment: This charging dock is designed well and works well with aftermarket upgrades to the head-strap. It doesn't affect the way the headset sits in the base to charge. Overall great product and highly recommend. ... show more
