This charging station is easy to assemble, sits nicely on my end table and looks great. It’s not imposing or too bright, which I like. The provided batteries seem to stay charged well. Wish I could use the covers I purchased with this, but the contacts aren’t in the proper location for that.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the packaging for this Charging Dock. It was packaged as nicely as any name-brand item. It arrived with charging batteries to replace the standard batteries in the controllers. It also came with multiple replacement magnetic charging carabiners. It has easy-to-understand instructions and contains everything you need to convert your controllers to rechargeable. It has non-slip feet and a cord that is 3 feet long. The base is approximately 4"x 14" and made well. Love the light feature (lights rotate through all the colors) although it can be turned off if you don't want to use it. If you use your Oculus often and don't want to burn through batteries I would highly recommend this charging station. This dock is amazing! Charges my oculus very quick, absolutely love the magnetic charging super easy, the lights are a bit bright at night but can be easily turned off. The remote magnetic feature is a game changer! Love that I can just "throw" them and the connection is made and they're charging. Awesome product! Well worth the purchase!!! ... show more

The directions were limited . It came with batteries and it was easy to set up . There’s a little metal piece that goes into the headset to charge the headset. The piece is a little hard to pull out if you need to take it out . The problem we’re having is the meta app is showing the headset not all the way charged but when we go into the app via headset we can see it’s fully or partially charged. The left controller on the charging station it doesn’t seem to be charging and the lights won’t go on. On the charging dock by where you put the handheld controllers there 3 blue doted lights that tells you your hand controls are changing. ( see picture) Our next step is to buy some more rechargeable batteries and see if that fixes it .There is also a button to shut off the effect lights but, when that’s off you can’t tell if it’s charging because when it’s charging it’s a blue light that’s on . Otherwise , it’s a great place to charge your VR and keep your VR in one spot. If it’s a rechargeable battery issue I will come back and update . UPDATE : I got rechargeable batteries but still the left charger lights don’t light up it doesn’t charge that left controller . We didn’t set it up right away . We just thought it would work properly so idk how long the warranty is but I’m SOL so buyer beware. Updates; Now have no lights on either hand controller and I don’t know if it’s charged, charging or anything. It’s only been a year since I bought it and only used it for a few months. I’m very disappointed in this product. No customer service either. ... show more
