Being in the service, we move around a lot. Each house we move to I install bidets on all the toilets. I've done over 10 now over the past decade or so. I wanted to get a nicer bidet this time so I went with this one. This is clearly a poorly made bidet with a lot of advertising budget. There's nothing broken about it, it's just very poorly made. The knob is difficult to twist and the water pressure needs to reach a certain point until the nozzles extend, and that pressure is much too high. It's difficult to adjust and the spray is harsh. After 3 months of using this bidet I finally got replaced it with https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P2XZDGG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 this one, which is a fantastic bidet. Of all the bidets I've installed over the past 10 years, this is the first one that we have had to replace due to us hating it. The rest of them either broke or we just replaced when we moved. Overall, I'm super disappointed in this bidet, and suggest you move on to a different one. I've had two previous, fancier biobidet models. The essential model does what you need better than the fancier ones., including better water delivery at same house pressure. Keep it simple. Go with essential. I notice some reviewers have bolt length problems. I have installed various biobidets on four entirely different toilets/lids with no difficulty whatsoever. Needed help to install. I was not strong enough to loosen the water bolts at the wall or the tank, but my son-in-law came to install for me. Value for money. Water comes from tank so no temperature control. That’s OK. I like that the water strength is adjustable ( turn disk slowly) also there is front and rear choice. I don’t understand what there’s a second dial that could replace the one already on the base. I believe in simplicity. This is a good bidet. ... show more

This thing is a game changer, granted I do plumbing work as a job so to me it was super simple. It's as easy as unhook your line and connect all the 3 parts together and screw the toilet seat ontop. Now one huge con, there is no temperature controle but most people don't have hot water going to the toilet anyways, so if you wanted it not the incoming water temperature then you'd need to run a line from your hot water and buy a mixing valve to have the water coming in temperature controlled wich then you'd want to supply only that water to the unit and keep your normal cold line to the toilet. We went with this one as a "starter" to see if we like it and it's working great! It is a little strong but again, it is new to us so that could be the standard. It was VERY easy to install and has been working great ever since. I would highly suggest if you want something basic for a great price.

Very easy installation and once you bidet you'll never stray. Water from tank is on cool side but not uncomfortable. An added bonus was the toilet seat lifters that raised the seat up about an inch. Our toilets are the low boy type and that inch has made a difference. Very happy with this purchase.

Works great, a little shocking at first but that's to be expected. You still need toilet paper to dry off but you use way less. I tried to install it myself but apparently was overtightening and undertightening certain parts so it leaked, after my father in law helped install it I have zero leaks. Very happy with this bidet. Also the plumbers tape it comes with kind of sucks but I wound up not having to use it. ... show more
