This chair is a great value. It was easy to assemble, too. It is exactly what my husband wanted for a reading/TV watching chair in our bedroom. The size is smaller but it works for him. He's 5'9. He likes the firmness of the seat on this chair because it's easier to get out of when a person is older. That's why I gave it only 4 stars because its not a soft seat.     • satisfied with fit and comfort just not with the left arm.
The left arm want to list to the left and leaves a large gap between arm and seat. I ordered this chair because I'm a short person(5ft) and 235 lbs so it had the rating of 330 lbs so it does fit me well and the heat hits just the right places but massage isn't very strong but that makes no difference but the arm is my problem. ... show more
