Update 3/30/24: So it's been almost 6 months or so and I just wanted to return with an update and say this bed is still going strong. With that said, and like I said before, I do have mine in my spare bedroom which my mom sleeps in when she comes to visit but the rest of the time, it is displaying some of my collectible Monsta X Kpop plushies lol. I will add that I was able to order 4 underbeas drawers that fit wonderfully underneath and are providing me with additional storage if needed but so far this bed is still holding up beautifully. No bends, no squeaks, no sliding of the mattress as the sticky strips that came on some of the slats is holding up very well. So there you have it, 6 months or so later and the bed is still as awesome as the day I put it together and I still absolutely recommend it! Zero regrets so far and I'm glad after what felt like sitting through a GABILLION reviews and videos, decided to go with this one. I ordered a full, 10 inch version and it is perfect! I finally cleared out my junk room so I could use it as a spare bedroom like I have been wanting and I wanted a bed for it. The room has a slanted ceiling so I didn't want one with a headboard. I also wanted something very sturdy and affordable and with the ability to store things under it if I wanted. After quite a bit of searching and review reading and video watching I came across this one and loved it. Yes there are similar beds like this here on Amazon but I wanted the additional sturdiness of having an entire metal bracket in the middle instead of metal legs and I also wanted full metal all the way around as I do not trust metal legs over time. I wanted something completely solid that would not shift even if I have to move it around. This frame is exactly that. It came well protected with padded ends so the corners wouldn't get damaged during shipping and it had not a single bend, ding, or scrape in any of the pieces. Putting it together was so darned easy, I ended up assembling the entire thing myself in 35 mins or so and it took that long because this bed comes with 11 metal slats, 4 of them with adhesive to keep the mattress from sliding and I wanted to Google the best location for the adhesive stripped slats. The frame is sturdy but light enough to move easily. I then got my mattress on there and the strips do their job. The mattress has no side, no wobble, and noise. I then made the bed and added a few plushies and now my spare room is complete. I would absolutely 1000% purchase this bed again!! ... show more

This item arrived and when opened all pieces were carefully packed and protected. Even the styrofoam included to prevent damage was wrapped in plastic - so no styrofoam everywhere as you unpack. That was an unexpected detail that is much appreciated. All metal parts were clean (no grease, oil or coating rubbing off) and in excellent manufactured condition - straight, no sharp edges, quality metal, quality welds, quality powder coating. Assembly was extremely simple and quick, less than ten minutes. Once assembled, the frame is solid and sturdy. To the manufacturer: Keep doing exactly what you're doing and thanks for a fine, quality product. Great value for the money and absolutely worthwhile to purchase. It’s all metal with good machining and matte black powder finish and it was packaged well for shipping. Its metal slats fit perfectly into matching slots on its frame, strengthening its rectangle. Easily assembled, it makes a strong bed base that’s desirable regardless of one’s need for high weight capacity. I use it under my 12” twin Zinus memory foam mattress. This 10” tall base plus 12” mattress are a good height from the floor for an average-sized adult. Its frame openings are ~8” vert. so storage boxes need to be low profile. ... show more

Very inexpensive, easy to put together, and sturdy (I bought the twin 6 inch high model I believe). It is also easy to move around since it is not particularly heavy and the bottom is smooth, it slides right across the carpet.

I got this for my 22 month old's floor bed so the mattress wasn't sitting directly on the floor and can get some air flow. I have just a 14" queen mattress on it making it 20" high and he can easily get on and off. First, 5 stars for how quick and easy this thing is to put together. Its got 5 main pieces plus slats and 8 bolts. This will also make it really easy to take apart of you ever need to move it. 5 stars also for how sturdy it is, due to the design of basically being a box, I can't imagine it would ever break. There's just two issues with it - one is that it's a little too big for the mattress (this is the only reason I took off a star). You can see this in the picture, the mattress is centered on the frame. I've seen other reviews remarking this same thing. It seems to be a pattern with these types of frames because I have another metal one, different company, that is also slightly too big. The second issue is exacerbated by the first, the corners are pointy, not rounded. So since the frame is bigger than the mattress, you're definitely more likely to poke your shin. This same applies to the sides themselves, which you have 2 bars on the sides the top of the frame, and the bottom. The bottom is what makes it so sturdy but also makes you much more likely to stub your toe. I fixed this by putting the child proofing foam they make for things like hearths and tables on the corners and sides. Ultimately I'd highly recommend this especially for parents looking to give their toddler some independence with a floor bed. It's a great height to keep the mattress off the floor while still allowing them to get on and off without much effort. I would wait until they're confident in sleeping on a floor bed, though, because it is still an extra 6" drop if yours is still prone to rolling off in their sleep. ... show more
