I ordered this chair for my son December 7th 2023 for Christmas. Here it is March 28th 2024 and the arm busted off. He’s not heavy weighs about 150lbs so it’s not like he’s putting a tremendous amount of weight on the arm.. I’m pretty disappointed considering I could’ve bought a cheaper chair but chose to get this one… So, point of my story if you want a long lasting chair don’t chose this one… ... show more

I got this chair almost 2 months ago and I really love it!! The box it arrived in was very heavy but putting the chair together probably only took me around 25-30 minutes it was very easy and the screws are all separated by which step they go to!! The chair is super comfortable and i can sit in it for long periods of time without and pain ( which is a problem I've had with other chairs) and its a really good size for me as i am 5’10. My only complaint is that the arm rests come loose very easily and wobble side to side and i have to tighten them frequently. But aside from that it’s perfect! ... show more

When I received the chair it, I received a faulty cylinder and gas piece for the chair so it was almost useless for a while, and would sink whenever you sat in it. I was close to tossing the thing out but luckily after contacting the Bagzzia service they resolved the issue and sent new parts which I received today and reassembled the chair and now it works almost properly. I would say it's decent for the price but you can tell there's a lack of care with the manufacturing process of this product. We went through hell and back to take this thing apart and putting back screws in certain places was really difficult when it shouldn't have been. The bag that the new parts were shipped in arrived in a ripped up bag (like why no box?) as if a dog chewed through it, and my original package had a roach in it. That being said, I did get a satisfactory chair but it shouldn't have taken as much work as it did to get here, but I guess I got what I paid for. It is pretty comfy but there's just things here and there like the armrests being uneven and the wheels don't roll smoothly. I'd say go for it if you want to purchase this chair but at your own risk! ... show more

The chair is missing the 1 part that connects the seat to the back rest of the chair. I contacted seller immediately on Christmas & they emailed back needing more info. I immediately sent the info they requested, that was 3 days ago & I've heard nothing since. They said they reply to all emails within 24 hrs but clearly that's false! The chair seems like it's quality material & most reviews were great. I hate this happened bc my son really loved the look of his new chair but at this point I'm just ready to return it, get a refund & go buy another chair from another seller! I'm so very disappointed! EDIT: It's now Jan 6th & I'm still waiting to hear back from this company. I've received 1 email from the company on Dec 26th & I replied to that email & it's been 11 days & nothing. Really comfy and nice design but I found that if I lean on one side or the other to support myself on the arm rest it starts to bend outwards, I can usually bend them back but I have a feeling I’m gonna end up having to buy a new chair.
