When I received the chair it, I received a faulty cylinder and gas piece for the chair so it was almost useless for a while, and would sink whenever you sat in it. I was close to tossing the thing out but luckily after contacting the Bagzzia service they resolved the issue and sent new parts which I received today and reassembled the chair and now it works almost properly. I would say it's decent for the price but you can tell there's a lack of care with the manufacturing process of this product. We went through hell and back to take this thing apart and putting back screws in certain places was really difficult when it shouldn't have been. The bag that the new parts were shipped in arrived in a ripped up bag (like why no box?) as if a dog chewed through it, and my original package had a roach in it. That being said, I did get a satisfactory chair but it shouldn't have taken as much work as it did to get here, but I guess I got what I paid for. It is pretty comfy but there's just things here and there like the armrests being uneven and the wheels don't roll smoothly. I'd say go for it if you want to purchase this chair but at your own risk! ... show more

*** UPDATE: Since leaving our initial review of this chair & expressing the concerns that we were having with it, the seller very quickly & graciously refunded us the full amount that we’d paid for it 👍🏻 *** Bought this chair to upgrade from an old one to something that’d be comfier, as my fiancé works from home. However, he’s used it for 2 days & has now switched back to our old one, as his tailbone is in a lot of pain from sitting on this one!! The seat is NOT comfortable at all! And the 2 extra cushions it comes with make no sense, as they make the chair even MORE uncomfortable to sit in… especially if you plan to sit in it for any extended period of time. But taking the whole thing apart again & re-packing it all to return it isn’t even worth the time & effort to be completely honest. That’s how they get ya with big items like this. My personal recommendation to anyone shopping for an office or gaming chair is to go to an in-person store & sit on all the display models to try them out before deciding on which chair you should purchase. Pretty comfy and sturdy chair, my only complaint is that some parts of the assembly (mostly the arms) were really tough as the holes for the screws didn't align with the piece. I really liked that the logo matches the chair's color too.
