We pay $25 for an unlimited plan. Paying only this much means we buy our own phones. And I'm not paying a thousand dollars for a phone I lll break. Crack will loose or a better model will be what I want a year from now. I loved its pearlescent color. It was super easy to transfer my old phones info to thus one. The battery life is the best feature like two days of life on a regular usage day. I had no problem connecting to my carrier. (T mobile) I do hate the screen shot but I just have google do that. I have added apps without lagg. If I go through samsung net it does get slower and for some reason my usernames and passwords did not transfer. But cost for value is great. I recommend! ... show more

The seller's description states this is an "unlocked for all carrier" phone, even that it "will also work with CDMA carriers such as Verizon, Sprint". THIS IS NOT TRUE! Before even opening the plastic around the box, there is a letter from the seller which states "we only recommend this device for use with T-Mobile or one of their MVNO's (Metro, Mint, Ultra, etc.)" It goes on to say that this phone is not compatible with any CDMA network (Verizon, Tracfone, Sprint, etc.) Someone please verify what you're selling before you start advertising! As such, I have to return this, unopened: it will not work for me. Waste of time.. ... show more

I m a T mobile customer ,,and transfer to my new phone was super easy ... my old Samsung is broke , so I just installed the Sims card from my old phone and after respond few questions I was on line ,,,easy . I love the options for the keyboard. In special the high contrast .. the letters are in a yellow background ...and that make typing a pleasure, install apps ... can't be easier ...and much much more ....still learning and finding more wonders about this phone ...and all that for less 190 I think ... very very good deal . SOMETHING I don t like ? I found nothing I don t like ....ADVICE ? get a screen and shock protection kit ...just in case , I broke the screen in my last phone the first day , the best you can get .. ... show more
