The vibration is not louder than someone would reasonably expect. Cleaning and operation instructions are found in the manual, which is easy to read. The vibrating apparatus is not waterproof. Be advised to practice caution while cleaning this product. The vibrating apparatus seems like it might be located inconveniently. However, I did not experience any discomfort while using this product. While this product is small, the quality appears to be high, and its vibrating sensation is very nice. It will have more than enough room for an average-sized person. It is tight in both orifices, and they seem to provide different kinds of stimulation.
