Purchased 2 of these bean bags last year (Nov 2023) for my 9 year old son’s bedroom. They’re a great size for him, and adults alike (we are a tall family, and my husband - 6’3” - and I - 5’10” - were able to use them comfortably). We did have some issues with seams coming undone and beans falling out after we had them for 6-9 months, but Big Joe replaced both bean bags. The process to file a claim was super easy through their website, and the replacements were sent out the next day. They come filled with a sufficient amount of foam beads, but I’m sure some additional foam could be added to make them even more comfortable (you can purchase shredded foam here on Amazon that could then be added to the bags). The product itself is 4 Star, but their customer service sent my rating over 5! Very impressed with this company and would purchase products from them again over any other bean bag company. We have only had this chair for 2 days and it has ripped at the seam. So far we love the product and the vibration feature. Fortunately customer service is sending us a new one free of charge and we don't need to send back the defective one which would have been a huge hassle. So grade A service on their end!! Other than the seam rip this chair is very comfortable and convenient. I got it for my 6ft tall husband who likes to play video games and sit right infront of the TV while playing. He used to drag the huge couch around to strategically place himself in the way of everyone but now he just has this chair which is working great for everyone. ... show more

I like the size of the bean bag. Bigger than I expected but not crazy huge. The shag I imagine can get dirty pretty easily with my two cats but it’s not scratchy material and looks very plush. Bean bag already comes pre filled.
