I received from China, wrapped in what looked like a black trash bag then tapped with yellow tape all around it. Very unprofessional looking. I was hesitant to even open it and requested a refund before even opening it. It was a tiny package too compared to the size of this beanbag. They allowed me to return at my expense, only to find out that postage would cost more than the item to send it back. It basically a zipper blanket. Good luck finding the filler to filler it up, it would cost me over $500 to fill it. I didn't read the description and was expecting a bean bag. This is only a cover. The good news when I bought the bean bag and used this cover my son loved it. It will keep the bean bag clean and can be removed to wash.

When I bought my 7ft bean bag the advertisement said nothing about not including the filler! I was expecting the beanbag to come to my door already filled in a huge box. Much to my surprise the beanbag was dropped off in my mailbox! I thought this was a mistake. I drove up to my mailbox (we live in the country) and low and behold there was a box in my mailbox! I ONLY RECEIVED THE SKIN of the beanbag. No filler! Now the filler is going to cost another $300 to $400 to fill the dang thing. I wish I would have known this prior to buying or I would not have bought the beanbag!!!! ... show more

After receiving product, it looked promising however after filling it up with memory foam 40 lbs, I noticed that it would take atleast 120 lbs of foam for it to even be possible to sit on. With 40 lbs of foam it looked like a pancake and not even circular, with 120 lbs of foam it was still struggling. I believe they are not advertising their product the way it should be, for 7 ft the bean bag cover was more like a blanket. The pictures of the product shown that it would take about 2 cubic feet which obviously that is incorrect. Just overall, doesn't work for a bean bag, and if anything you are better off using this as a blanket. ... show more

It is huge that's for sure. Unfortunately it is just a cover and now a liner so you could get the same thing for half the price from one of the name brand companies. So far I am $80 bucks into filling it and am about half way.
