Good: Chair was easy to assemble, just a little heavy. Chair seat and Armrests are comfy enough. When the chair is funny assembles it feels like it will last a while. It is my first day owning it though so only time will tell. In the pictures on the Amazon page it is kind of hard to tell that the center material of both the seat and the back is like a velvety sued kind of cloth. If feels very nice and soft to the touch. It will also probably mean that it will look nasty if you sweat a lot on it during hotter days. The included lumbar pillow with rumble feels okay I guess. I am a 6', 245lb Male. Bad: For some stupid reason in the middle of the back of the chair they have integrated some kind of mechanism under the padding that forces your back to arch if you even try to sit straight up in the chair with both your butt and upper back trying to be all the way back in the chair. Unfortunately with the mechanism set to be as far into the chair as possible to let me sit more naturally upright, the mechanism is still pushing itself way too far out for me to sit upright. I do not like to use lumbar pillows but because of said mechanism, it is practically required in order for the integrated mechanism not to feel like its in the way and hurting my back. The only other thing I could think of as of writing this review that I found to be a little disappointing is that the headrest comes forward a bit making the back more like a bucket seat even though the seat is not bucket style. I would have preferred a little more straight of a headrest. And maybe if I want to nitpick, the wings on the backrest could be a little more shallow as well. I get that they were trying to go with a bucket seat ish design but I am not in a car and am not going anywhere in the chair. I don't really need the wings to be even slightly functional. In all honesty if I could have gotten the chair with everything the same but without the stupid integrated mechanism that pushes itself into your back and just received more padding in the back of the chair I would be much happier. Having said all of that, I would still recommend the chair for the price I paid ($219). It was not the cheapest chair I found that claimed to support 350LBs or more but the rest had really bad reviews. This also obviously wasn't the most expensive chair I found either. But again, for the price I think it is worth the money (so far). For Amazon: STOP ALLOWING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS ON THE SAME PRODUCT PAGE!!!!!!!. The page I found this chair on had this chair (Big and Tall) and a (Normal) chair. The ONLY way to figure out what review was for what chair was the reviews with pictures included. I get really tired of looking at the same cookie cutter product page of nearly every product on your website with barely any information on them, multiple DIFFERENT products sharing the same page and info, and no way to sort reviews based on a single product if the product shares a page. As one of the most profitable companies in the world...make a better website that gives an actual good customer experience and not the same horrible product pages you've been using since the distant times of AOL being a brand new company. ... show more

Got this for my husband to use when he’s gaming. My children fight each other and him over who gets to sit in it almost daily it’s that loved. Only complaint is that the plug in for the massage pillow is kind of short.

    • Good Chair But Not a High-End Gaming Chair

Overall, this is a good gaming chair for the price. It's not a high-end chair if you're a serious gamer. You get what you pay for. I use this chair for work only, and so far its good. I have a separate gaming chair worth $300 and I can tell there is a vast difference in quality. The best thing about this chair is that it was well-priced, easy to assemble, had a recliner, and the back pad can be adjustable up to nearly 180 degrees. For the price, I think these are good features. I do have a few dislikes about this chair although it's still a good buy. The levers to adjust the chair are placed far too behind. You really have to reach to get hold of them. While the chair is comfortable, I do feel there's some instability with the chair when you're sitting. There is a lot shaking and noise. The hand rest shakes alot, the back pad seems to wobble frequently. The seat is not a bucket seat, which a gaming chair should have. A bucket seat would've made this product a lot better and more stable. I actually took the chair down and reassemble a 2nd time to make sure I didn't misplace/loosen a screw, but it seems that was not the case. Nonetheless, if you're on a budget or just entering the market for a gaming chair, I do recommend this as a starter. ... show more

I'm 6'2" and over 250lbs. This chair does creek a bit. The build seems pretty sturdy but the seat cushion is very uncomfortable (stiff). This is not cushy. The seat back is very high and has a tendency to push your head forward unless you slouch which is what I was trying to prevent. The lumbar support adjustment in the back doesnt seem to help me at all. I can't use the headrest at all. Again, it pushes you too far forward. Good posture is one thing but over kill is just uncomfortable. Some might say the massager is a joke but it does work. It's not in the seat back, it is a little pad that connects to a USB port in your computer. It sits in the cusp of where the back and seat meet. It's a wonky setup, but it does work if you use it. The weird leg extension under the seat is useless to me; you might like it. I have it back all the time and it does slip forward so you have to push it back in. I think it's a waste and wish it wasn't there. I would rather see more design put into the pressure points like the back and seat. No matter how many times I adjust the tilt, it ends up tilted slighty downward. I don't like this but it's a minor inconvenience. The seat could be a great one with better pressure point development. I think it will last but it's not going to win any comfort awards. I'm using a seat pad to help a bit. The company tries to support customers. ... show more
