Last year I bought those expensive portion plates with the dividers in it and I felt humiliated when I was eating with the rest of my family. I felt like I needed to be in a high chair eating baby food. 👶🏾 I wasn't feeling joyful about taking healthier decisions about how I was eating. So, I was looking for smaller salad beautiful strudy plates to control my portions size and its working. The plate is so beautiful that I don't want to overfill it with food. I love the look, the feel, the weight, and the ability to mix and match only the pieces that you actually use. I hate buying a set of dishes and paying for cups and saucers thatI never use. We all have our favorite mug or cup. Nobody is going to use the matching cups just because they are forced on you to get the plates and bowls that you like. These dishes are great quality. Arrived without a nick or scratch on them. I haven't tried them in the dishwasher yet...so if that turns into a disaster...I'll post an update. ... show more
