Exactly as expected. The dividers feel really sturdy. Haven't had any issues yet with them breaking or items falling around the organizer. Be aware that if you purchase these, they do not fit in the tool box that is from beyond by Black + Decker. I fit these into a 19" Blue Ridge tool box perfectly.
