A common thread, the instructions are horrible! While the unit itself is solid and I am over all satisfied with it. It is not a great "value" but will get the job done and had the potential to be a very nice unit. Please Read below before purchasing or building: 1. The 100$ to have someone build this is well worth the price. The instructions are some of the worst I have seen and are flat out wrong in several places. 2. When installing the rails (Step 3) make sure all the screws are flush against the rails system. Run your fingers along them 2-3 times and make sure there is no significant lip or bump. If the screw is not flush it will cause the drawers not to slide in correctly. Take an extra 10m here before moving on to safe yourself a LOT of pain later. If any of the screws are not flush, remove them and try again in one of the other points along the rail. There is very little tolerance here and I had to go back twice in some cases before the drawers fit in correctly. 3. This unit is VERY prone to breaking when sheared or twisted. Once you complete steps 4 & 5 be very careful with how you turn or move the unit as the joints are very weak. Once fully assembled its ok, but until you get the top (Step 8) mounted there is nothing providing significant strength against shear/twist breaks. 4. Use care to hand tighten the screws. While the unit is very heavy it is not very strong in many places and the screws will strip out if over tightened easily. 5. The handle mounts are very weak. I had two fail entirely as the screws holding to the handles were short and simply pulled out. I had to replace these with longer screws. Overall: This unit has a lot of potential but simply fails to meet the 300$+ Price point. A couple of minor improvements would go a long way to getting this to a 5* product. 1. Improve the instructions! 2. Re-design the shelf rail system to have a little more tolerance when mounting. Simple having large recession around the screws would be sufficient to avoid most of the common pain. 3. Use longer screws to hold the handles securely to the unit. 4. A couple corner blocks, or L brackets would help prevent damage from twist/shearing. ... show more

These pacages are very heavy so be warned. The package that contained the hardware (nails, screws, etc) was torn open and the hardware was moving around. This cause damage to the surface of all the pieces in that package. I emailed customer service about it and they never got back to me. This product is very flimsy and unstable. I would reccomend that customers go elseware because of the quality of the product and the lack of any customer service. ... show more

Its a good size cabinet. pretty ok from sturdiness stand point. Holds a lot of stuff. Helped me clean my other cabinets. Make sure to buy installation services. You don't want to assemble this yourself. It took the installer around 4.5 hours to assemble. Quite good product for the price.

Reviews for this dresser said assembly was very difficult. So just to be safe I hired 2 full-time professional furniture assemblers. Working feverishly together it still took them over 3 hours and no without a lot of sighs and grunting. They said the assembly was very tedious. It's a nice enough looking dresser but cheap finish which is very easy to scratch or chip. I don't think it's worth what I paid for it but I do like the very spacious drawers. ... show more

Packaging was great and secure but honestly that’s at good as it got. Okay so first of all this thing is way taller than 62 in. I am 5’9 and it’s only two inches shorter than me. Secondly it was a pain to put together. Took me two days. It doesn’t really lock as there’s no place for the locking mechanism to go(even if the tracks lined up properly). The pre made holes where the tracks were supposed to line up were off by a little over an inch so my third drawer overlapped the fourth and there is a massive gap between my top drawer and the top of the dresser. Going to have to adjust the placement myself tomorrow bringing the total number of days I have worked on this dresser to 3. I accidentally scratched one of the drawers so how easy it is to damage is also a negative. The size of the dresser is a plus especially for the price but the frustration of putting it together and it coming out wrong is nerve wracking ... show more

Truly a nightmare experience getting this thing operational. Between the missing dowel holes, misaligned screw holes, and broken/missing fasteners, I was pulling my few remaining hairs out trying to get this thing built. Something this ramshackle should at least be inexpensive, but on that front it fails as well. Avoid if you want to keep your blood pressure down. ... show more
