Perfect size for 2 to 3 people, and 4 people if you cross your legs. Youtube was a very helpful source considering the instructions are very vague. Heated perfectly overnight and ready for use the next day.

Overall I am very very happy with the saluspa. It's heavy duty and durable - even though it's inflatable, the sides are firm once set up and it's perfect for 2, maybe 3 people. A great value for the money if you want to enjoy a relaxing spa without the high price tag. Bubble action is very good (note there are no settings to this, just on and off, but what do you expect from a blow up spa?) and it gets very hot. CONS - two things: 1) The instructions are VERY poor. Basically like 4 illustrations on the side of the box, that's it. Do yourself a favor and look up the Youtube videos before setting this up. You'll save yourself a lot of time and frustration. 2) The filters must be replaced constantly. I keep my spa water treated properly and use it 2-3 times per week. I keep it always covered when not in use. Even so, about every 2-3 weeks the error code goes off to clean/replace the filter. I've tried cleaning the filters but the error comes back up quickly, so I must just replace them. Kind of a hassle and $$ adds up...still worth it to me but just be aware you'll need to replace the filters frequently. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I went with the Saluspa Aruba and I do not have anything bad I can say! It was easy to set up (follow the YouTube videos), it’s comfortable, I’m 5’4 and my feet barely touch the other side when laying back on the saluspa pillow. It fits my space perfectly and looks beautiful in my sunroom with matching decor. I have Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis so this tub really is medically necessary and cheaper than what I’d pay yearly to do Aquatic Therapy in a heated pool. If you are serious about getting a hot tub but can not afford the hard wall tubs this hot tub is exactly what you should get!!! ... show more

The spa is great! Pros - quick set up and easy, like the ability to take it down fairly easily to store. You sit on a nice cushion pad on ground and it is comfortable. Was hesitant to order because of this but found it is comfy. Great for 2, not sure on 3 or 4 due to water level rising but all depends on your size, with 2 people with bubbles on you will loose some water. Bubbles are powerful, ours drops 2 degrees when on, this will vary and change with outside temperature. Cons - would be great if it came with possibly and APP on phone and or programmability. Only programming available is a one time delayed start time with one set time to run, but it doesn't repeat. On a side note we use the FROG chemical floater for hot tubs, set on the #1 setting and the water has been good for a couple weeks without adding anything. It is available on Amazon. Highly recommend the Spa, great value over spending a ton of money. ... show more

    • A great idea but needs improvements

First off, I’m not basing my rating off the directions, but they are horrible! Some of the worst I’ve ever seen. 3 weeks in we are returning the hottub. We enjoyed it but the main tub was slowly losing air, as well as the cover. Not a good sign after just a few weeks. Despite filling it up to the recommended line, with 2 people in the tub, having the jets on would splash a lot of water out every time. Not only do the jets splash water but they make the temp go down very fast. In ambient air temperature of 50-60 degrees the hottub will go from 104 to 102 in about 5 minutes, and down to 100 in 10-15 minutes. The jets make it drop significantly faster but even with them off it’s a bummer the unit can’t keep up with maintaining heat. We enjoyed using it despite the temp dropping and the jets were quite nice. I think if they designed this tub with a higher wall, a stronger heating unit, and found a solution to the air leaking problem (seems to be pretty common with inflatables) it really would be an awesome product. ... show more

GFCI stopped working and I could not get ANY support from Bestway. They do not have customer service. Website only sends you to FAQs page. No one answers the phone # that I could find after a deep search. Thankfully Amazon refunded the spa fully without me having to figure out how to send it back without the box. Now just gotta figure out what to do with a tub that doesn’t heat! If anyone has a recommendation for an inflatable tub that’s not Bestway, LMK! ... show more
