Ordered front and back hubs in blue. Received red rear only, reached out to seller, they were pretty decent and honest. They sent me the missing front hub in red to match the back also a free rear cassette adapter for 11s. Love the sound of these hubs, 72 points of contact 6 pawl hubs feels like have more take off power too. Would recommend this product and seller to anyone. Give 4 out of 5 stars for reason stated above. Had I received the blue would have easily rated 5 stars. Will buy from again. ... show more

Let me just say WOW. I did not expect to get a hub this high quality. I didn't want to buy an expensive hub and I'm so happy with the results of this with a fraction of the price. The sound, engagement, and quality of this thing is absolutely amazing. Definitely would recommend

Only took one star off because the hub had a little too much grease which caused the cassette to turn when no pedaling. Once cleaned and lubed with a less thick lube it worked great. Would buy again for sure.

I used a pair to build new wheels for my 29er. Built using DT Swiss rims and spokes. Cartridge bearings spin nicely and build quality is very nice. I've put hundreds of miles on them with on issues. The freehub has a nice sound to it, but it's loud. You're not going to sneak up on any one. I liked it at first, but find it a little annoying at times. Most of my riding is XC, single track, and rock garden stuff. No crazy down hill stuff, but I'm a pretty aggressive rider and they've been great so far. The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what I was looking for, true 72 points of engagement per rotation. This allows you to easily track stand and ratchet around technical obstacles on the trail! I used this to replace a Shimano hub that only had 9 points of engagement per rotation. CAD diagram was correct and I was able to get the correct spokes for my rim on the first try using an online spoke calculator. ... show more

No issues with the hubs, quality is very good for this price point. My freewheel (Rear QR) isn't that loud, at least compared to some of my other builds, so maybe it depends on the model.

Less than one week after installing this hub the freewheel has failed and rendered the rear hub useless. Very upset and disappointed in the products overall durability. Do not buy. Refund requested

Excelent customer service, I ordered the front thru axle and rear 12x148 which was the wrong size. Rear didnt fit and reached to seller and they guided me to what I needed and sent it. Will look forward to buy from them. Hubs are amazing, nice design, finish and they sound great !!
