So I recently bought this sound bar to accompany my Vizio TV in my living room, and I do not regret the purchase at all. The sound quite is amazing. Very easy to use comes with all the instructions just follow it and enjoy the sound quality.

If you think all Toslink fiber-optic cables are created-equal read no more. Otherwise, the current mounting hardware design requires the addition of at least a 1/2 shim behind each of two plastic mounting plates that attach to the wall-- and longer screws --if you are to use other than the provided skinny Toslink fiber-optic cable. I tried a couple of higher-end fiber-optic cables and the connection shaft on each was at least 1 1/4 inches long not including the bend. When seated to the soundbar, the shaft extends to far out of the back of the soundbar to mount the soundbar securely using the current design. Bestisan could avoid me using the supplemental wall shims by designing the soundbar enclosure to allow for a deeper connection. Short of that, gouging the wall to provide some stress re-leaf for the fiber-optic cable bend, to avoid stressing to Toslink fiber-optic cable to soundbar connection is the only other alternative. I find better Toslink fiber-optic cable require less power to drive the system and "brighter" signal and make's a difference. Do you? ... show more

i recently purchased this item to accompany a Vizio TV for the kitchen. Due to the cabinets above the countertop, I did not have a lot of room. I purchased a 24" Vizio and this sound bar. I then modified an unused, adjustable height monitor stand that I already had. The TV sits right above the sound bar, yet just below the cabinet. Sound is much better than stock TV, as one would expect. With the right adjustments to the sound mode (there are 3) and the bass/treble, the sound is very good, considering the size and the price of the unit.
