Received the desk and of course the top of the desk part had some damage right where my arms would touch it when typing. Unless I took the desk apart and flipped the desk around, it was going to bother me constantly. I contacted Bestier to see if they would send me a new desktop. They were quick to reply, even on a U.S. holiday weekend, and told me what they needed for a claim. Unfortunately they couldn't send a new desktop, but they did refund me 25-percent the cost of the desk! Amazing. I used the money to buy a desk pad to cover up the damage and it looks great. Excellent customer service and I am loving the desk so far. They can't control what happens in shipping, and I have had other products where the manufacturer was less than helpful. This is my second one and I used both desk side by side. Solid materials. Clear instructions. Good color. Nothing bad to say. I've owned my first one from 2 years ago and it still looks like new.

This desk is really great for the price point! It was easy to put together, has been a great work space, and looks great. There are some scratches that I can't tell are because of the cheap material or from production but doesn't bother me too much.

Everything arrived as expected. I was able to assemble it myself, but some parts would be easier with a second person. Plenty of room for a monitor and keyboard, as well as knicknacks on the shelves.

I needed a desk for home because I finally got a new job that’s hybrid. This is not your grandfather’s solid mahogany desk, but you already knew that. But let’s not talk about what this desk isn’t. Let’s talk about what it is. 1. Affordable 2. Very easy to put together. To be fair I actually love assembling furniture but this was very easy and straightforward by most people’s standards. I was able to do it without any trouble even after consuming more champagne than I care to admit while celebrating my new hybrid job. Pieces and hardware were labeled, directions easy to understand, and the pieces were packed in the box so you basically take them out in the order that you assemble them (bonus points for this!! I have a small house and a tiny office space in said house, so not having to unpack everything to get to the first piece was a treat). 3. It’s got decent style for something made of powder coated metal and faux wood. The faux wood is super plasticky, but I see that as a plus because it looks like it can stand up to a drippy coffee cup or an overwatered office plant. It seems reasonably sturdy for what it’s made of, and might even survive a move to the new house I’ll eventually be able to afford with my new job! In conclusion: five stars. Go for it. ... show more

I love this desk, I was in doubt if I should choice the oak or rustic color, and I picked the rustic and its a look darker then the pictures. I regret a lot about that. I should choose the oak one. But the desk itself is great.

It's a very nice durable desk but the packing to the table top is definitely inadequate, mine came in scratched and chipped.
