I was planning a fundraiser banquet for the Senior Class of 2019 and everyone was supposed to set their own tables. But we were trying to make more money, so we offer to set without decorations or a centerpiece. Since this wasn’t your average dinner fundraiser, paper plates, and even the average plastic ones, would not do for this occasion. I turned to Amazon, and located this beautiful 50 piece disposable place setting. When they arrived, they were much better than were advertised! I planned on using them as disposable dinnerware, but my guests told me they were much too nice to put into the garbage, and actually started taking them home. Many asked where I purchased this it from and I sent them a picture of the receipt with product information. The only draw back is, we had to purchase bigger cups. The ones that are in this package are good for an 8oz drink with ice. Other than that, it was beautiful, color of the gold was true and nothing was broken. Definitely will buy again! ... show more

Like the fact that they look like real china. The dislike is the sturdiness of the utensils. Very flimsy and break with the slightest touch of pressure. Would by the plates and napkins but avoid the plasticware.

The gold on the napkins is darker and duller than the plates etc. Some plastic ware is tarnished. The pics were so yall could see the color contrast. I ordered dif napkins with gold strips to match. I recieved a box missing a pack of forks and recieved a replacement a couple days later. Some forks, plates and cups were cracked also. Order ahead of time, so you can check and replace in enough time. The plate feels like you need a hand under it when food is on it. There isnt enough bubble wrap in the box to prevent cracks, they're very fragile. ... show more

many of the plates were broken about 100 forks were broken also, so it would have been a good deal if it were not broken like 20% of the stuff

Due to the Pandemic we were forced to have my family over outside this year. We all respected our distance and everyone tested before they arrived. This is the first time that I have used disposable dinnerware for guests but due to serving outside I thought it made sense. I was very pleasantly surprised the settings were lovely. We ordered these when we realized we did not have enough plates for the salad and appetizers. It was same cost to buy this full set instead of 25 of each item. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of all items. It is comparable to others costing more. We used these for a turkey and ham dinner, with mashed potatoes and gravy, etc. held up well. Silverware did not have the nub from manufacturing that digs into your palm like silverware from another company had. Mistakenly put in microwave oven. DON'T MICROWAVE, my bad, the gold will flash. The cups, silverware, plates, napkins all very good quality. I did put a plate and a spoon in the dishwasher top rack, came out fine. It did seem a shame to throw most of it away, but it made for very easy clean up after a pleasant meal for a large group. ... show more
