  • Good customer service
Size: 4 Frame
Arrived with a cracked cover and a small dent. Contacted seller and they made it right within 3 days. Used to extract 12 frames of honey and it worked well. Quality isnt the greatest but for the price it works ok

  • It works but needs to be bolted down
Size: 4 Frame
The spinner works well but it shakes and rocks on high speed, we have to hold it down. As for the design of the spout, it's an inch from the bottom so emptying is impossible

  • Honey spinner
Size: 4 Frame
The legs are ungodly sharp. I had to sand the edges before I could put it together. Recommend the legs be cleaned up as to not injure customers.

  • It gets the job done, but……..
Size: 2 Frame
The media could not be loaded. It works but you must realize this is made as cheaply as possible so it can sell for the lowest price. I spun 9 honey supers this year with this extractor. It has sharp edges EVERYWHERE!!!! You will cut your hands on everything by just simply grabbing the unit when it starts to wobble. The “doorway” for the frames to go in and out is very small so as you try and put frames in or pull them out you hit your fingers on sharp edges of the plastic. A 5 gallon buckets cannot fit under the extractor you have to get a smaller pot then transfer to buckets as the pot fills. Why would you make an extractor a 5 gallon bucket doesn’t fit under is beyond me. They also put grease in the extractor where my honey would be. If I didn’t thoroughly clean mine first I would have never seen it. NO ONE wants grease in their honey!!!! Like I said it works but wow it leaves a lot to be desired lol ... show more

  • It came with a broken lid and rusty bolts
Size: 4 Frame
I wish the company had included a set of instructions and way to contact them . It was fairly easy to assemble but no idea how to clean it after honey extraction. I’m wondering why the bolts securing the motor are rusty. I guess for the money it’s ok but I would like a replacement for the broken lid ( which did not have hinges as shown in their video). It did make the extraction easier because I was able to uncap frames while others were spinning. ... show more

  • Great extraction, beware the raw metal edges
Size: 3 Frame
We had a manual extractor forever and it got the job done. When it warped out of shape, we decided to upgrade and went with this one. The spin is nice and smooth, the ability to manage the speed was awesome allowed us to find the right speed so it wouldn't 'walk'. There is no safety switch with the top lids, but that wasn't a concern for me. What was a concern, and cost some time and effort is all the raw metal edges that are sharp as anything. After cutting my hands multiple times I sat with some sand paper and went over the legs, the rolled edge and the edges of the T-bar that hold the motor on to dull them down. So be prepared for that. ... show more

  • Works well, definitely recommend!
Size: 4 Frame
Assembly is easy. I decided to cut the upper half off the legs and drilled new holes in the lower half so I could screw the spinner onto my heavy bench, which kept it totally stable and drained easily into 5-gal buckets. I spun it empty before screwing it down, and the internal basket assembly is well balanced so there was no wobble at all. Be careful to locate equal-weight frames opposite each other. The control is smooth, the motor silent, and balanced loads did not vibrate in the least. I do not know what somebody meant by microswitches in the access doors, there are magnets but no switches. Ran it at half speed for the first side, then reversed the frames and ran full speed on the second, then reversed again and full speed on the first side to remove all the honey. Total about 10-12 minutes to empty 4 frames at 85 degrees. This spinner is built well enough, though at one point when tipping it to drain completely, the thin gauge stainless barrel one side "popped in" and needed to be "popped out." This will happen once and you will learn how to handle it, so not a problem. Did a great job, very glad I did not get a hand crank. ... show more
