    • Impressive desk very happy with purchase
As stated in a few other reviews the directions can get a bit confusing but if you take your time and place pieces for visual with pics in directions it comes together. There are a few connections with no pre-drilled holes specifically on the molding pieces and the metal brackets that connect the desk pieces. I added Elmer's glue to all the posts that insert into the locks and instead of using the metal brackets to connect the executive desk to the L-shaped, I used 3 bracket to connect the L-shape. There is also a left over large piece that I did not see used in the directions that I put on top of the hutch to give it a more professional look but did not screw in. The extra bracket and Elmer's glue made it much more sturdy as the posts do not all fit tightly. There is plenty of desk space...I work from home and have multiple laptops and monitors and no problem getting everything setup with plenty of workspace to spare. The directions call for 2 people for assembly but I was able to put it together myself over 4 days after work working at a casual pace. I was also able to move it myself a short distance but it is extremely heavy and sliding on a rug or rough surface is quite difficult. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone needing a lot of desk space. ... show more

The deal came in three separate boxes and definitely needed two people to lift. Once I got everything out it was a little bit confusing to put together, make sure to pay attention to the top of each page. While building I built the L shape before I realized I did not follow the U shape directions. I was missing parts for the hitch but they were helpful and got them to me within a week. Love the desk. Perfect size for our home office. Durable and functional. Better quality than I thought. No damage and instructions were pretty easy to follow. My husband and I were able to put it together in a day. It is time consuming, heavy and would recommend 2 people. We use it as an L shape and the other table separate. I replaced the handles. Bought a different design from Lowe’s. Just my personal preference. ... show more

Bad instructions, missing stickers, and the worst delivery ever, it was raining, I’m home alone, it’s heavy for two guys delivering and that leaves me with 250/box two boxes 30ft from my house, refused to bring it under roof and won’t let me use their pellet jack so I could do it for them Next set need to be plywood or real wood, No more particle boards for me, ... show more

I read the reviews before I bought it and expected the worst for assembly. To preface this review, I have experience putting things together just based on furniture I’ve purchased on the web. So, I do understand how the fasteners are used and how directions are usually written. I had my dad help me out because some of the pieces are heavy and require two people to attach pieces together. And the directions tell you this is recommended. I was surprised that most of the pieces were labeled and directions were clear about what pieces are used on each page. The only pieces that were not labeled were the drawer pieces. And that was pretty easy to figure out. It took us about 2.5 hours and the process was smooth. I have to say that the desk looks great in my space and functionality seems well thought out. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. Just in case you are reading the other reviews and are a little hesitant on attempting to put it together, just know if you have a helper and take your time with each step you will have no problem with assembly. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for the perfect work from home desk enough space for me to work with the equipment and something for me to grow into, this desk is absolutely worth every penny, it came earlier than what the estimated delivery time was. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the shipping, the material is not cheap, it’s very sturdy, it comes in different colors, and the most important factor it has its own plug and USB port also it can be an L shape or you can have a U-shaped , and if you’re worried about if you can put the cabinet or I should say the drawers on different sides you can, there’s two manuals that comes with the desk for you to choose the left or right, enough said this desk is absolutely worth it and if you’re looking for a new at home desk this should be the one. ... show more
