The media could not be loaded. Of the 4 different bulbs I compared, this is the one to beat. Best App! Best Value! Warm white light! The app has the best color control and a camera function that lets you take a picture of something and matches the color of the light to the picture of the object. The lights can change color and flicker to the music that is playing. These were the least expensive of the four different bulbs I tried. They are not the brightest white but are just as bright when showing color as the other bulbs were. They have a warm glow instead of a bright white that the other bulbs had when showing white on the brightest setting. The other bulbs I tried had a bright white which felt clinical and less conducive to the dining room. These bulbs have a better warm glow in my opinion. But when it came time to show color they did just as well as the others if not better. I do wish that the warm white was a little brighter but not at the expense of the other features listed. I tried 3 different kinds but nothing could beat this one. I love the APP it was easy to install and easy to setup the light. I think it's plenty bright enough especially at warm white is full brightness. I love that in the app I can set it to change colors at certain times so as it gets closer to bedtime it gets calmer. Setup with Alexa and Google Home super easy. I was using the big WEMO plugs but this is so much easier and smarter. I would highly recommend! They are slightly larger than normal bulbs or even there 4.5W bulbs which I did find too dim, but it's not a big deal. They look great and work great. Hope this helps! ... show more

Used this 3 pack for a kitchen ceiling fixture with 3 light globes. I activated each one at a time so I knew which was which for my wifi and then connected them to Alexa with an Echo Dot. I gave them different names so I could turn on one at a time. Then I created a group so I could turn on all 3 at one time. The media could not be loaded. These are great! I’m wheelchair bound and unable to stand to pull the light chain. We originally planned on using a remote, but wanted an option that wouldn’t require us to rewire the fan. I had heard of smart bulbs but unfortunately the Phillips hue would require a hub/bridge if using multiple bulbs. Also, one bulb cost more than what we paid for three Berennis smart bulbs. We are so happy with these. Extremely easy installation/setup, tons of functions and just super fun. We love messing around with the different colors. You can play music and the lights flash to the beat. The video attached is my boyfriend playing a few notes on his guitar using "mic mode" on the magic home app - so cool!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. All bulbs stopped working one by one within 2 days of use. I restarted them multiple times, and tried different light fixtures. -edit: was unaware of this, but because I had a dimmer switch already setup to the light fixture, and after accidentally tampering with it by reflex/mistake, it damaged the whole system. Had to buy a new light fixture and everything. If you’re going to buy these bulbs I recommend switching out your dimmer switch to a plain on/off button. ... show more

Update: I reached out to the seller about the bulbs being different colors, they sent a replacement which solved the problem. They look perfect in my bathroom, even purchased a second set for the bedroom. The best part of these lights is they can be any color you need. In the morning I have the bathroom vanity lights set to a bright warm white for makeup and getting ready. I turn them down to a nice medium brightness. Moonlight color for night time. The bedroom lights I can match to my candles, twinkle lights, or other sconces. They make the perfect mood. The app was a little quirky but now I have two iphones and an ipad able to control the lights. The bulbs were easy to add to the app, just delete a bulb and reinstall it if you have any problems. We have them set to groups to easily manage all the bulbs at once and each iphone/ipad can hold presets for colors. Theres a color wheel or you can use sliders to make a rgb color. All in all its been a great change to the house. I recommend these, they have been reliable plus the problem we had the seller resolved with no hassle. These lightbulbs are awesome. They were so easy to install. You just: -download the "Magic Home" app - create an account - screw in the bulbs - hit add device in the app - when it finds the bulbs click on one at a time and connect each one with 2.4GHz wifi (not 5GHz) - name each bulb and add them to a group and/or a room *to connect to Alexa just go in the Alexa app and add the "Magic Home" skill and sign in. These lights are bright and have a ton of different settings and colors. You can also download the "IFTTT" app and have the lights come on or go off when you get home and it senses your location.
