    • Quiet, great suction, and great value
I've tried a couple of the big brand cordless vacuums and they all end in the same way, dead right after warranty expires. So I decided to give the less popular brands a chance and I will never go back to those overpriced brands. I was pleasantly surprised when this item arrived. The packaging looked premium and so did the vacuum. I had a get together at my house that same day and my friends immediately noticed the new vacuum and thought it was a premium brand - it looks very nice! Accessories: All met expectations. The charging cradle takes two screws to mount and it comes with the necessary anchors. I recommend you find a stud though so you don't have to worry about the cradle coming loose from regular use. It also comes with two suction accessories for crevices or couch and car cleaning. Charging: Convenient. The plug mounts directly onto the cradle so you don't have to mess with cables after it's plugged in and setup. You simply mount the vacuum in the cradle and it automatically start to charge. Battery life: Excellent! This thing last a while. I didn't purchase it for whole house cleaning, but so far I can vacuum the living room and kitchen without having to worry about my battery life. My wife and kids usually leave it to the side for the next use and, to date, it hasn't died on us from regular use. I like that the display has a circle light that tells you how much battery you have left. The battery can also be replaced if you want to purchase an extra battery for big jobs. Suction: Fantastic! I have tile so I don't need to set it to max suction. At the lowest setting, it is plenty of power for my use and it is also very quiet, which is a nice plus. At max setting you can certainly hear the expected vacuum motor, but it is not too bad (my opinion). Cleaning: Super easy. It has a trigger that is used to drop open and drop the canister. Taking the whole thing apart for a deep cleaning takes me less than a minute and just as long to put it back together. Nothing complicated. One thing I noticed is that the 2-year insurance isn't provided to all brands in Amazon, which I thought is an indication of the product quality. I was able to purchase insurance for this vacuum for a few more dollars and now I have something that will either last me 3-years or at a minimum will be repaired or replaced under warranty over the same time.     • Great vacuum and excellent customer service
I bought this vacuum back in September 2023. In March 2024 it started to have an error and shut off on me, it wasn’t the air flow. I contacted customer service and they said it may be the battery, I had to order it from Amazon but once delivered they issued a refund. The battery didn’t fix the issue. So they sent me a new motor. That didn’t fix it, so I had 2 motors and 2 batteries and no working vacuum, but I do love this vacuum. I bought a different vacuum losing hope, and it does not do the job. So I continued with support, and they said if I order another vacuum,m from them they will issue a refund. So I got my new vacuum in the mail yesterday, and a refund today. I am happy to have a great vacuum again that works so well. With 4 small kids and a double coated dog I need a good vacuum. This works so well, great suction, great runtime.     • Long hair? No problem. This thing sucks!
My house has some long hair, ALL OVER!!! This vacuum picks it up without clogging the brush head. The lights on the brush head really work well and light the debris great. It steers well and doesn't weight much. The attachments stay connected solidly. The tube extends easily for the ceiling cobwebs. Its easy to clean out and dumps right into the trash, no touching. And with 32khp, it sucks! The only thing, I wish the battery was bigger because I get carried away once I start and vacuum until it stops. I like how it hangs up to charge and the attachments clip solidly. Glad I bought it! ... show more

Convenient, lightweight, good filtration system. overall, I'm happy with it. A couple of improvements suggested: It's easy to pull the dirt canister release trigger instead of the the ON trigger, hence dumping dust on the floor. However, once you do that, it's not likely to happen again. The battery only lasts 15 minutes on HIGH speed, but it does last 40 minutes on LOW speed, which works for a quick clean up of the kitchen floor. I have a couple of Miele vacuums so I am used to a higher suction power, but cord wrangling with the Mieles is a hassle when all you want is to pick up crumbs. ... show more

I recued a Siberian Husky and forgot how much they could shed even always being brushed. I live in a 5-bedroom house with hardwood floors and am always chasing fur! This vacuum is great and picks up everything and is light. Because the suction is high, I keep it on the low setting unless I am on carpet, then I move it to high temporarily. The battery charge lasts the entire chase. The vacuum head doesn't get clogged with fur or my wife's long hair like the cheap vacuums I owned like a Dirt Devil. The only drawback which is not a big deal, is that I wish the dirt collector was a little bigger. If this one ever wears out, I will get it again. ... show more

Works well on carpets and floors. Boost mode runtime is pretty accurate so grab an extra battery if you have a bigger home or space (they have accessories sold separately as well). Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Currently happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love the weight as it really helps with my arthritis. Simple & versatile, battery life is great for me. Love the headlights. Does 8 rms w/charge to spare. Used on wood, tile and indoor/outdoor carpets. Comes with 2 attachments, 3 spds, no clog roller, easy to empty & mounts to wall (not really free standing, not an issue for me). Re-charges pretty quick. I vac at least 2x/day with dogs & a lot of gardening. Note: its lightness is due to materials some might call “cheap” but when you deal w/chronic pain…being gentle takes precedence. Hope this baby lasts (only have it 2 wks 🙏).
