Description

Why Beleeb Designed Such A Battery Charger ? When you use a battery charger working on battery powered your golf carts, You may have encountered problems with charging 36V, 48V and 72V battery banks, Now selected voltage by a rotated switch becomes possible. When de-sulphate an older battery that no longer hold a charge, please clip this charger on and choose"LOW" charging rate to charge. Beyond five stars highly recommend for you daily life ! How to Safely charge a battery ? 1. Make sure the engine is off and all electrical equipment is turned off. DO NOT try to start engine when charger is connected to battery. 2. Determine the positive pole(+) and negative pole(-)of the battery. In general, red is positive and black is negative. 3. Plug the charger into a power outlet. 4. First, using the voltage regulator to select the same voltage as your battery for charging. 5. Next ,using the charging mode switch to select the charging mode. And “LOW” is for Normal, while “HIGH” is for accelerated. 6. Power on the charger (the button turns red). While charging the battery, the ammeter arrow will be constantly approaching ZERO , So when the arrow reaches an almost ZERO value, It means the BATTERY is fully charged. 7. Power off the charger, then unplug the charger from the power outlet, and remove the charging clip. 8. Lithium battery can be charged only in emergency situations!!! Charging current variable It is not a full automatic battery charger. 3 Knobs means different charging voltage : Low Medium, High For axample, Charging 12V Battery, "Low" knob voltage between 13.8V to 14.2V, "Medium" voltage between 14.2V to 14.8V , "High"knob voltage above 15V , For 48V Batteries, "Low" knob voltage between 54.5V to 56.5V, "Medium" voltage between 56.5V to 59.5V , "High"knob voltage above 60V. Try not to charge with the "High" as much as possible. If Keeps popping breaker , please stop charging, you have choose wrong voltage, contiune charge will damage the charger. STOP and CHECK Battery Voltage. Charging voltage & Battery voltage The charging voltage must match the battery voltage. When the charging voltage is higher than your battery voltage, the fuse will blow. When the charging voltage is lower than your battery voltage, there is no current, the Ammeter pointer will stay at "0" Note: Can be used for 4X12V= 48V or 3X12V=36V batteries in series,Not for 6X8V=48V deep cycle charging batteries. Charging voltage variable The "H”is higher charging voltage For axample, Charging 12V Battery, "12V" knob voltage between 13.8V to 14.4V, "H" knob voltage is 14.5V to 15.5V , For 48V Batteries, "Low" knob voltage between 54.5V to 58V, "H" knob voltage between 58V to 60V , Try not to charge with the "H" as much as possible. If Keeps popping breaker , please stop charging, you have choose wrong voltage, contiune charge will damage the charger. Read more Can I charge my lithium battery with a lead acid charger ? Because Lithium batteries have higher voltage per cell, tighter voltage tolerances and absence of trickle or float charge at full charged. If you leave the lead-acid charger connected to maintain or store the lithium battery ,damage will occur to the battery. We don't suggest you charging a lithium battery with Beleeb C20 battery charger. Read more Amp Meter The ammeter indicates the level of charge being delivered to the battery. When the unit is plugged in to the mains supply and connected to a battery, current reach its maximum value a high level of charge rate. As charging continues the needle will move to the left to ‘0’ indicating that the battery is fully charged. Not for 8V 183Ah Battery As the capacity and output current of 8V 183Ah Deep Cycle battery is so large, when use C20 charger to charge 8V 183Ah batteries,it will keep tripping even damage the charger and batteries. NOT for 6X8V=48V batteries in series. Smart Cooling Fan Automatic Cooling Fan - The cooling fan has a temperature control system that operates when the temperature of the heat sink is 104-149 °F. • Versatile charger and works great for Golf Carts
I bought one of these for my 36V golf cart because I was having trouble with my previous charger (it would overcharge my batteries and shorten their life). It worked so well that I bought a second one for my 48V cart that I have in another location. Both work perfectly. I recommended it to some friends and they seem to be happy with it too. There are a couple of things that you can buy on Amazon that are very inexpensive that will make a golf cart installation very easy and convenient. One is a cable extension kit so that you don't have to use the short cables which cause you to always move the charger to the golf cart when you want to charge it. If I could make one improvement, I would make it somewhat weather resistant. This would help if you have a cart that is stored outside of a garage. But right now it works fine in an enclosure I made from a vented storage box. The other is a bulkhead connector that you can mount on the panel in front of the seat next to the original charger port so that you will only have to plug in the cable instead of lifting the seat up. Please note that if you use these kits to be sure to keep the polarities of the wires aligned. It is easy to reverse-connect the cables with all the connections. Here are those two kits: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PQ3DD87/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SWHKZZ9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ... show more

  • Could have been useful...
I have tested this charger with three lead acid batteries - marine cranking, marine deep cycle (both flooded) and lawn tractor sealed - all 12V. Two of those were brand new and one just 1 year old. I cannot comment on unit performance with higher voltages. The manual and Amazon description states that the unit is "not a fully automated charger". In reality it is not automated at all. According to the "Principle of Operation" given in the manual, this should be pretty standard 3 stage charger - it is not. The unit indeed allows for adjustment of the charge current, problem is, there is no current stabilization which is supposed to happen during the bulk charging stage. Once the battery is charged, the unit never falls back to trickle/float charge mode, I have waited for 24 hours and it never happened with all three batteries. Now to real dangerous part. Adjusting charge current also changes the peak voltage the unit brings the battery to in the end of the charge - this is usually referred to as absorption voltage. So setting the current regulator to some value will not only affect the charging rate, but also the final state of charge of the battery - rendering it either under- or, worse yet, over-charged. And honestly I would have lived even with that, would just periodically monitor the voltage on the battery terminals and reduce the current setting to have a proper peak voltage in the end of the charging cycle. Yet most dangerously, the unit I received had the output voltage calibrated so that even with current regulator on the minimal setting, the end of charge battery voltage was about 14.6 Volt. I have checked it with two different voltmeters to exclude measurement accuracy error. I was lucky to have two flooded batteries that can tolerate such voltage - though being on the high end. However if my batteries were AGM or gel type which require lower end of charge peak voltage, the end result would have been overcharge and potential swelling of the battery due to outgassing. This is either a blatant design flaw or lack of proper calibration at the factory - both with very dangerous consequences. So, long story short, it will charge your batteries, potentially pretty quickly, but for how long they survive such charging routine is anyone's guess. Product description is a lie. • Works excellent to charge my car battery
The media could not be loaded. It was super simple to use, I use it to charge my car battery , I used to have to take my car to another place to get my battery charged, and now I can do it from home, it is really worth the money, I feel that by using it once I already broke even since I saved the money at the mechanic and the time I would had lost by going there. It takes up very little space in my garage and it looks nice too. Just hook it up and charge> Please let me know if our video was useful to you🤗 ... show more

  • Steer clear
Died after 4 charges, seller tried telling me it was my fault, every time I countered their reasoning, they came up with a new excuse. Had to sent it back through amazon returns. They wouldn’t honor warranty.

  • So far so great!!!
Use this to charge my kid’s homemade electric go karts 48v 15ah agm battery bank. Every pos automatic $20 charger I bought lasted a few charges and died in a puff of smoke. This one has been a champ. Buzzes a bit while in use but that helps me not to forget it’s plugged in. Plus since the karts esc is 48-72v it will continue to work as I try higher voltage combinations. So far so great. ... show more

  • Extremely versatile battery charger that does a good job.
I purchased this charger for my daughter's 48 volt club golf cart since others chargers on the market required special plugs and had to be compatible with the cart's computer. Furthermore, most were way more expensive. The charger arrived quickly with booklet, two spare fuses, and a plug. We hooked the charger to six 8 volt batteries in series and set it at the medium charge rate that might have been too high. Nevertheless, it kept the cart batteries well charged for three months before the fuse blew. My daughter thought the charger was broken after thinking the fuse looked OK. I notified the seller who suggested we again check the fuse before returning it for a replacement. I then checked the fuse and found it blown . I replaced it with a spare and the charger came back to life. However, after checking with the seller, I asked if she should charge her cart at the low setting. They replied, Yes. I then asked for what fuse size to buy as spares, and they quickly replied, 6 30mm 6 or 8 amp fuses. Well satisfied with the sellers response and the product for it can be used to charge multiple size batteries. ... show more
