I absolutely love this collar. It is super soft and very cute. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the buckle that fastens the collar is not extremely durable. It only took a few days for it to look a little battered. You can still read the engraving fine, but there are marks probably where my dog scratched it. I assumed to be engraveable it had to be a less hard surface which is why I did not contact the company. Since you have to be up close and looking at the engraved buckle to even notice this and everyone is distracted by the cute flower, I guess in the scheme of things, it is not a big deal.
