I bought this for my husband who has early stage Alzheimer's to keep him busy with something to do. Unfortunately, his eyesight is failing so the screen is somewhat hard for him to see. Also, being less coordinated now, his fingers sometimes have trouble working the controls. He still enjoys the solitaire and a couple less involved games but I don't think I would get it for a handicapped person. I have played it myself and I also have trouble with the controls at times.
