This is a great product. The material is substantial and appears to be well sewn. It is light weight but is just right for a light cover over the sheets. Since it is just a bit too large I get a double layer of the cover up at the top of the bed (where it folds down) and sometimes that feels a bit to hot. I love the pattern sewn into the cover. I really looks nice on the bed. I haven't used the Pillow shams but they match perfectly in color and feel. I chose the gray and it is not really that dark. Looks great on the bed. ... show more

When I first opened the box and saw the color I wasn't forsure if I was going to like it. I LOVE IT! I ordered the Cal King because on the last some of the King size quilts were not big enough. This is perfect. I'm waiting for my cow skin looking 18x18 pillow covers to lay in the middle of the pillows then it will be perfect. Very nice material. Nice and soft. I bought this quilt in a king size for my queen bed, in the color beige. I like the over-sized look. I originally bought this to be the main blanket on my bed because I wanted an off-white. This quilt is definitely more of a tan color though and I immediately didn’t like it. I opted to use a different white quilt as the main blanket and now I just use this blanket at the foot of my bed as an accent blanket and I think it looks nice. It came missing the pillow cases but customer service issued me a refund. Aside from the color being off and missing pillow cases, the quilt is softer than most, and very good quality. ... show more

I ordered this quilt as a lightweight addition to my bedding. I needed the larger california king since regular king size quilts are not large enough for a king size bed. I needed something thin and large and this fits the bill nicely. It looks like it is actually stitched instead of being glued if that matters to you. I have not washed it yet so I cannot comment on that, and I will not be using the shams though they look fine.
