I love it. It comes in a white presentation box, wrapped in tissue paper. So when you open it you get a feeling that this is special, and it is. The paper is 120gsm which is very thick. I've had no problems with bleed-through using one of my fountain pens. It is a joy to write on. The backing is very stiff. I like that because I often write on soft surfaces like my leg or the arm of a pillowy chair. The version I purchased has a back pocket, is college-ruled, and has a ribbon marker and elastic strap, too. For the price, I'd rank this notebook on a par with a comparable Moleskin notebook. ... show more

Great journal. only issue is after i ripped a page out it exposed the spine of the journal. Its holding together, but its not as nice as it was due to one page being removed.

The quality of this notebook is very nice. The pages seem sturdy and I'm able to write smoothly with my pen. The first and second pages are glued together in a weird spot, but other than that, I have no complaints. This should serve me well for the next year
