To stiff for us, we woke up for days with numb and tingling extremities. Intensified shoulder and hip pain. I couldn’t fall asleep for a very very long time due to bed being uncomfortable. Horrible purchase. Amazon is offering a refund since bed is expanded.

Love the mattress. This is my first mattress out of a box and I was a little weary since I couldn't physically see or touch it, but I picked well and the reviews helped a lot. I chose extra firm because I tried a friends semi firm and it was to soft for me. The mattress is thick and fits my bed well. It is a good mattress. We needed a new one, the old one was 10 years old or older and a queen. With my fiance being 6'4, and my son occasionally not wanting to be alone, it is plenty of room (if I am not being squished in the middle since I am apparently a human heater for them!) Go for it!

I ordered this mattress to replace our memory foam mattress (that my husband could no longer sleep on - caused him too much back pain). I was skeptical of course since the price is so affordable but I knew we needed to get something right away. We've been sleeping on the new mattress for almost a week and really loving it. My only issue is that the mattress claimed to have "motion isolation" - this is why I only gave 4 stars. I can feel every movement my husband makes, the mattress is pretty bouncy. That being said, I am really pleased with how comfortable it is and I would purchase this again. **UPDATE: We've been sleeping on the mattress for nearly 2 weeks now. I'm not sleeping soundly probably due to all the bounciness when my husband moves during the night. It is also starting to make noises when we move on it, it's getting a bit squeaky. My husband is very sore when he tries to sleep on his sides, he can only sleep on his back on this mattress. It is also NOT firm as listed in the description. We had our old mattress hauled away, so I guess it might be time to look for a replacement for this one. I don't think we will purchase another one of these. ... show more

I got this mattress to host my parents as guests. They had significant pain in their neck and back after sleeping on the mattress. They say they won't visit me again until I get a different mattress. Totally unacceptable.

    • It’s the PERFECT FIRMNESS
Slept on it after 24 hours of opening it and I LOVE how firm it is. I’m about 260lbs and it holds my body without sinking too far down. It’s not cardboard hard like others have said and it has a soft top which surprisingly doesn’t take away from the firmness. I’m happy with this purchase!

35 days of sleeping and the return window has closed, you can see where we sleep, the springs do not come back! The firmness is not what's advertised!
