Update: Vendor provided a replacement and it works well. all the apps are loading quickly and responding well. There have been no issues with the charging port. I like that it comes with a case and extra screen savers. I don't really care about getting a bluetooth keybord, but it's there if you like it and the wireless mouse provided can be used with any pc or tablet. I use tablets or laptop computers for when I am on the road and I decided on getting this as my first tablet. It has a 10.1 inch measured screen, USB-C port for recharging cord and the mouse that's included with this tablet. You get a USB to USB-C plug-in module, matching tablet case, the tablet itself, one screen protector [which I hate because it's so flimsy], and finally the charging cord. It was easy to set up, just about the same as a Smartphone is anymore. It has a decent-looking camera set up on it, but only took a couple of indoor photos....so I cannot really say how good or bad the camera is on this tablet. Speed on this tablet is fine. I have several minor issues with this item. You cannot make the icons larger, you cannot find how to check the refresh rate on this item. Probably basic 60 hertz/hz rating. It has enough RAM memory to work on basic app games just fine. This tablet as a "dura-speed" mode to speed up selected apps you desire. My NUU smartphone has "dura-speed" also by name for the same purpose. Overall so far, this tablet does what I want it to do with no real fuss at all. I am glad it came with a perfectly mated case, because cases for cheaper generic tablets are next to impossible to find except for a universal case and I hate those types of cases. ... show more

I purchases this 'Qukenk' tablet as I liked the features and the price. I was a little reluctant, as I had never heard of the 'Qukenk' name, but thought I would give this a try, and I'm very pleased with my choice. This is a definite upgrade from my old 8 inch tablet. The screen is large and easy viewing for reading and watching videos is clear and sharp. I've been able to watch about 2 to 3 videos off a fully charged battery, depending on the length of the videos, which is very similar to my laptops. Wifi connectivity was easy to setup and connect with either 2.4 or 5 GHz. I had no problem syncing all my apps from my android phone and my old tablet. One app wouldn't install as it was designed only for old tablets. I didn't think I would even use the keyboard or mouse, but I rarely even touch the screen. I'm actually typing this review with the keyboard and tablet. I do wish there were another type 'C' usb port to both charge and use the mouse, but that would have just added to the price; so I can do without. I've mostly been using plug-in earbuds or bluetooth earbuds that I have on hand, but is clear with great sound. The instructions included are easy to follow and accurate, although a tad small. Besides earbuds, the only thing I've added a micro-SD card for more storage space, but the internal memory is large enough for my general use. This tablet with keyboard and mouse, is like a compact 'Chromebook'. It is highly customizable, easy to set up and use. I would recommend this tablet for budget minded users. I will update this review later on how things are going, but am reall pleased with this purchase. ... show more
