This bed frame arrived on time and the box came in good looking condition. When I opened it, all the pieces looked like they were there and secure. When I started unpacking everything to assemble, I picked up the headboard “wood” piece and there are two metal support pieces and one of them just fell off. They were supposed to be screwed in, but they just fell off and took a lot of the “wood” with it so there was no way of refastening it. I grabbed the footer “wood” piece and the same thing happened. The quality of the bed frame was horrendous, and even if I did get another one, I would return because I’d be concerned about it’s quality and sturdiness. Do not buy.
