Mine came dead, but it charged fairly quickly, about an hour, not bad. Once charged, the instructions state you can either search for the app or you can scan their QR code provided. It was quick to download and very smooth to operate. The instructions help a little, but it's more of a “learn as you go” sort of thing. This comes with a ton of accessory pieces that ALMOST all fit into its little compartment. There are 4 pieces though, that do not fit, which is a bummer as you have no choice but to either keep the box to put everything into, or have something else to keep the extras in. The camera itself has a very clear image! Did you know that you can do MORE than looking in/cleaning out the ears with this?! You can! It comes with pieces to look in your nose AND a tongue depressor to look in your throat! It’s actually a really cool device! I feel like I am learning more every time I use this. Another downside to this is that the battery doesn't last super long, maybe a couple uses, but it depends too on how long you use it each time. ... show more
