I liked everything about this mattress. Price, quality, and comfort. I purchased 2 queen size mattresses for twin granddaughters who wanted a soft plush mattress. Their mother had them sleeping on a mattress that was hard as a concrete slab. They absolutely loved the mattress and first comment was how very soft they were. I can't comment on whether or not they get pain relief as they are at the age where nothing is ever sore. sigh.... Anyway, great purchase and excellent customer service. We've only had this mattress a few months and there are already huge indents where we sleep. So bad that there is a hump in the middle and you roll to the side. Update*** After being told our previous mattress was a "defective mattress" we were sent another one. Only to have the exact same thing happen. Once again we are struggling with horrible back pain from this awful mattress. The exact same thing happened with the new mattress. There are huge indents where both my husband and I sleep. The hump in the middle is so massive that our children roll to either side when they do sleep with us. I will NEVER buy a beautyrest mattress again. So something to know about this mattress is that you have to sleep on ALL of it. The reason being why is because it needs to be broken in and if its not you're gonna have a hump BUT that is because of the type of mattress it is. Do your reseach! I absolutely love this mattress, once its broken in it is so comfortable!!!!!!!!! Its like a rock for the first few days though just stick through and you'll never sleep better. ... show more

I spent months trying to find a plush pillowtop mattress that has comfort and support. I thought I found that in this mattress...factory comfort rating of 7! I took the mattress out of the packaging and laid on it. It was FIRM!! (I would give it a comfort rating of 3.) I immediately called and asked my options. The rep strongly suggested that I utilize the 30 days, as the mattress will soften up and my body will become used to it. I also inquired about the cost of returning the mattress. He informed me that they would give a full refund of my purchase price, they would also potentially give me a discount on a new mattress to help offset the cost of returning the item. (Cost to return the mattress is about $300!) I will give an update in 30 days to let you know if/how much the bed softened. ... show more
