    Love this self tanner! I was looking for a new tanner with better ingredients and this one did not disappoint! I was hesitant to buy this because of the price, seems a little steep for me. However, I am extremely pale and don't need to use a lot AT ALL. I did both my legs with a dollop the size of a dime, that I actually mixed with aloe vera gel so that I could spread it more evenly and fully. I wasn't sure that would be enough to give me the tan that I want (which admittedly is a very light tan, as again, I'm pale as a ghost). That amount was actually a bit MUCH and still got me a little darker than I want. I will use even less next time and this bottle should last quite a while! I did both my arms yesterday and used literally like a drop, I don't know how to describe the amount maybe a 1/4 of the amount I used for both legs and it gave me just the hint of tan that I wanted.     My go-to self tanner! Been using for a while now. Mostly appreciate that it is non-toxic. It has a mild smell. But it isn’t bad at all. It goes on white, takes 15 min to dry, and usually see results within 8 hours. Pretty natural/golden looking tan. I use it most in the spring since most of my body hasn’t seen the sun in several months, and I’m starting to wear short dresses.     So far, I love this stuff. I have tried them all but L’Oréal Sublime won’t ship to Hawaii so I did some research and thought I’d try this one. I am fair skinned and living here I have to be careful with sun exposure. Unlike most others, this makes my dry, older skin feel smooth and soft! And the coconut smell dissipates fairly quickly. Best of all , the result is so natural. Better than any I’ve tried. Exfoliate first, start small, rub in well and let dry. Not tacky, greasy or drying! Worth every penny. ... show more

    Natural ingredients unlike almost all other fake tans, this one doesn’t contain chemicals and carcinogens :) it works great and looks very good. It’s more like a real fake tanner than a gradual tanning lotion - it’s strong! I applied with a mitt and it looked perfect. It fades naturally and doesn’t get weird and patchy.       • Must try various ways and techniques before tossing or knocking it down

    I tried various products in the course of a few decades. Let’s just say- I am glad the era of tanning beds is in the past. Anyway- this one has come so close to being truly gradual but still within hours of seeing a result. I found that one has to moisturize with their regular lotion first and then apply this. Do your best to use even strokes to spread the lotion evenly. I use this mostly in the face and chest are. I haven’t tried the body as I never really had trouble with tanning the body. Over the course of years and killing my skin with proactive and other anti acne treatments no natural tan stays on me long enough. When I apply this lotion- no kidding- I always get absolutely random compliments from men and women. It goes like you look great, your skin is flawless and you have a glow. I am no fool and I know when it’s not a sideways comment. These were genuine and some from closest friends and family. Each time I know precisely what happened- I noted having used this unless tanning cream. Those who knock it off because they were overzealous spreading it out or overworked the skin may knock it off, but before you do, try various applications. The good part about it- it’s forgiving- it comes off naturally in the course of 3-4 days. Even if you screwed it up tremendously- you can cover it up with a foundation or do a gentle exfoliation.       • Warning for Dumb Dumbs

    Just a warning, I was using Jergens Glow and I had the thought that this product was similar, just better ingredients.. let’s just say I wasn’t as careful as I should have been. I had sloppy orange hands for about four days. This is not a gradual tanning lotion, this is the full blown stuff lol. I like that it’s easy to apply, there aren’t streaks, but you need to make sure you’re taking the same precautions as any other self tanner. I thought it was just going to be a subtle glow like Jergens but it packs a bigger punch. I’m still deciding if I’m ok with the color, I have light olive skin and I feel like this lotion makes me look a little jaundice. Jergens just sun kissed my natural tone. I will say, a little goes a long way.. that was the other mistake I made. This bottle should last awhile. Hopefully this helps!     This stuff works. There are a few things to be aware of. First, a little dab will go a long way. I always take a tissue and gently rub areas such as elbows, knees and ankles where there are wrinkles and possible build up. I wouldn’t recommend using every day. I use the medium to dark and it has a nice tone to it, but it could get orangey looking if you over apply. Lastly, the smell is very nice out of the tube but as it wears throughout the day you begin to get that familiar sunless tan odor. So pick and choose the timing of your applications. ... show more
