Works well. Not too big. For home use, I don't plan to travel with it. Easy to use. Heats up quick. Got the wrinkles off my linen shirt pretty quick. It would be really helpful if you have a sturdy place to hang your clothes as you are steaming it. I didn't feel the need to pull on my shirt as I'm going over it with the steamer to help it take off the wrinkles. I just glided the steamer over the shirt and it did it's job. I have not used any of the attachments. I will say when I was emptying the holder for water, a little bit of water would not come out. It was like 5 drops of water. No matter how many times I tried to shake it and hopefully have the water come out of the hole it didn't. I even left the cap open for a day hoping it would naturally dry and evaporate, it didn't. Eventually I took some tissue and pushed some through the hole and shook the bottle around hoping the tissue would catch the droplets as it comes by. This worked but not 100% and enough for me to be OK. I didn't want any water to stay in the water container because not sure if that can create mildew. ... show more

I've wanted a steamer for ages and finally bought one for a project I knew I couldn't iron. This one works great. It holds a decent amount of water, is light weight, heats quickly and doesn't spit water, even when used facing down. To be fair, it did split a tiny bit of water, used vertically, once it twice, but I've used other models that spit constantly. And of course, using the right technique, it does get the wrinkles out.     • Was Great Then Stopped Working--Follow-up--Great Customer Service!

Follow-up to my original review: After I left my 1-star review, the manufacturer contacted me and offered a full refund. I accepted the offer, and then used that money to buy another one at a lower price, since it happened to be Prime Days. So those are both good things! As originally stated, I liked this steamer until it stopped working. So I am going to revise to 4 stars. The one star off is because I stand by the fact that this should not be essentially disposable. I'm going to donate my broken one to a kid who is learning how to repair things, and wants broken items to tinker with. Otherwise, it's a lot of plastic that doesn't need to go into a landfill. Here is my original review: I was so happy with this steamer. I got it to replace my previous, smaller, travel steamer that I had decided was too small. I liked this because the reservoir was relatively large, the ease of use, the functionality, etc. I loved that I could steam an entire multi-piece suit or outfit without having to stop and change the water. It heated up fast. It worked really well with a great steam flow and never spit. I liked that the steam button could be locked for continuous steam. It's a little large for travel, but still packable. However...it suddenly stopped working after I steamed half a shirt the other day! After that, it would turn on, but just leak water from around the push button and wouldn't heat up to steam anymore. I bought it in March, so I'm outside the return window. If I had had this for 5 years, it would be one thing for it to stop working. But 6.5 months and about 8 uses makes it a waste of money and a lot of material to go to a landfill for what is essentially a disposable product. It wasn't working at first. Customer service helped me to troubleshoot beyond what the manual provided. Water wasn't getting into the hose properly. Now it's working great! So much easier than ironing. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Amazon says I bought this model in August of 2019 which means it's lasted more than 5 years of almost daily use. It worked very well until recently when it must have developed a leak because I got scalding water on my hand while operating it.
