Only one ear pod worked. It was the wrong color and did not come with the accessories listed. Tried to reset several times and could not get it to work. I returned the product for full refund.

I am really happy with my beats by dre. I found it strange that the first box was taped up with nothing in it. I called Customer service and they were very helpful. Two days later i had my beats by dre headsets. Thank you.
