These are pretty good. My ear hurt a little at first but I got used to them after 3-4 days. They do come with different ear size plugs, but what was hurting was the little arm on the outside of the ear. Noise canceling is decent for such a small sized earphones. I'm not giving it 5 stars because they keep falling off when making physical effort. I use them for weightlifting which is not ideal. I used the 3 different plugs and nothing seems to work. I guess I need to have a neutral face when weightlifting but it's quite impossible for me. I believe that for running or walking should stay in place. ... show more
