Hi, I just tried this on a fairly wrinkled top. It really took out the wrinkles. It’s just not very comfortable to work with. A few times I nearly burned my hand because you have to hold down the hem of the top so the fabric is taught while you’re steaming it. I’m sending it back. I’d much rather use an iron. ... show more

Works well. Holds a lot of water, heats up very fast and does the job. It’s a little heavy and doesn’t have an automatic shut off and it doesn’t have an on/off switch so you have to remember to unplug it.

I will use this steamer because I don't want to take out the iron and ironing board. As I was using the steamer I decided that it took longer to steam than it would have to iron. I was steaming many dresses and by the time I got to the 3rd dress my wrists were tired. It does a decent job but it is not easy to use. ... show more

Steamer have good size water tank which makes it a little heavy. The cord is short. I had to attach an extension cord to reach a hanging prom dress.

My old portable steamer died so I needed a new one. I love this one. You pull out the water tray and can see how much needs to go in and never overfill creating excess hot water coming out to burn you. Also. When you plug it in, you have to push the handle to get the steam going. This is very nice because the steam is not constantly coming out and wasting water.
