The media could not be loaded. I searched for a long time on Amazon to get the quality, price, and height that I was looking for in a rotating bookshelf. I am so happy that I am taking time to write this review! It comes sanded and ready for stain or paint. I chose to go with driftwood for my stain and a spray on polyurethane. It was so easy to assemble. Make sure you do each layer one at a time. I flipped over to get the screws on the bottom for first two layers. I love that it came with a white glove for assembly and a patch of sand paper too. I only needed to sand some of the poly spray that I had overstayed in one area. It is sturdy. It takes up very little space in a room. This is perfect for a college student, kids room, or if you have small space in an office. I plan to fill from top to bottom with children’s books but I wanted to show the fit and how many books you could put in one of the four areas on each level. Why I chose this one- first it’s REAL wood. Second, you can stain and paint to your liking. Third, the height of each shelf is about one foot. Not a lot of shelves will give that height. For my extra large books I plan to have a horizontal book display on a nearby armoire. I give this product 2 thumbs up! Great value for money! ... show more

This bookshelf exceeds my expectations. I love that the product is constructed from unfished solid wood. I stained the wood to better match the furniture in my child's bedroom. The instructions are sparse, but the shelf was easy to assemble. The pieces only fit together one way, which helped! Fully assembled, this shelf is sturdy, and it holds A LOT of books. Larger than other spinning bookshelves that I found and it spins all the way around. This holds more books than my other spinning shelf that I got from Amazon because of a Facebook post. This one is bigger. There's more shelf space. Great for adult books, that are larger in size.

It holds approximately 90 books!! It's easy to assemble, but the instructions are terrible. It seems a bit wobbly so it needs to be on a level floor and will need to be stained/finished. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

Super easy to assemble, it took about 15 minutes. The wood is unfinished, but very pretty so I assembled it as it was. I may eventually take it apart and put a clear coat on the wood. The item description said it holds 150 books. I can tell you if they are hard cover books it's more like 60, about 3-4 per shelf. The piece doesn't take up a lot of space like a traditional book shelf which is why it is ideal for me. I will most likely be ordering a second one soon. ... show more
