It comes very compressed and vacuum sealed but fluffs out really nicely.(It wasn't fully fluffed out when I took pica and video) I like the material and how soft it Is too. This is really a generous sized chair and it even comes with an Ottoman. It is nice and firm too. Even adults can lounge on it ! My kids like this for movie nights or in a calm down space. I tried to cancel this chair only hours after purchasing it. It showed canceled in my orders. Then a day later it showed up shipped. I received it today and as I suspected the chair doesn't expand to the size in the picture and the ottoman is small too. It's very low to the ground and hard to get out of. I'd return it if I could but, I messaged the company to cancel it and never got a response. Don't waste your money. I've owned better second-hand furniture than this. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Then this chair came in the little box I was not sure how it would work. But wow did it expand. As I opened the plastic bag it said to shake and shake I did. I then left it to expand for a couple of days and it was an actual chair and ottoman. It is so soft and comfy to sit back and relax in.
