  • Thanks to a clever design, installation simple and elegant. The detachable mesh top cover with integrated middle fan is inserted from above. A black mounting kit with a pre-installed mounting bridge and fixing screws matches the black design of the cooler perfectly.

Pretty sure the pump on my 240mm Cooler Master AIO is on it's way out, so I was in need of something to cool my 5800x. I ran cinebench R24, and had some thermal throttling as it was sitting at 195F(90C). The product itself is solid, and well built. Easy install. Quiet while running at full throttle. And does a heck of a job cooling! Went from 195F(90C) to 160F(70C) at full 100% CPU load during another cinebench run. 30F(20C) difference in temps. Dang! Has dropped idle temps by -5, and 10-15F during gaming sessions. Not sure if these numbers are common place for everyone who's slaying with a 5800x, but it definitely gives me peace of mind for the longevity of my CPU. Be Quiet! did a phenomenal job with this fantastic air cooler. I’ve used the Dark Rock Pro 4 for many years and have been very satisfied with its performance. This unit is definitely quiet. I installed it on an lga1700 motherboard with Intel cpu. Installation varies depending on whether you’re installing AMD or Intel cpus. Don’t forget to attach the bracket to the back of the Intel compatible motherboard before installing the motherboard (or make sure to can access the area after). I used the “auto” setting, connected it to one of the sys fans and enabled PWM mode for the sys fan header. The fan is very quiet. Also quite large! You’ll likely need to install the RAM end NVMe SSDs prior to the cooler. I also plugged in my SATA cables and case cables first, as access is a little more difficult after the fact. ... show more

Easy install. Comes with mounting brackets. Dual fans. Great cooling. I swapped from a liquid AIO to this and it dropped my CPU 100% usage stress-test down 20°C. I now hit a max of 55°C when gaming in 2k resolution at max settings and I used to hit 70°C on the average.

I have had this air cooler for almost two months now and it has had great performance and exceeded my expectations that will make it difficult to make me go back to water cooled systems. It is quiet and efficient and performance improved overall. Really quiet even when running demanding games.

When running my pc idle it is barely as loud as the A/C in my house and when gaming on ultra settings it keeps the temps down and still isn't loud enough to the point it is obnoxious. Only taking one star off because the dot in the exclamation mark of the logo fell off.
