For under $100 this product does exactly what it's intended to do and it does it well. Note, however, that many people are mounting the lower hook much too low...it is intended to support the pull up bar when the unit is in the lower position. Instead, people are mounting the hooks much lower and using the bar that's behind the center pad to support all the weight...but that puts way too much stress on the unit and is going to push in drywall (if you have it). Mount the second set of lower hooks a few inches beneath the top set and then hang it from the chin bar as in the photo I posted...that is how the unit is meant to be suspended (Note the picture from the supplier that also shows the unit being suspended from the wide grip chin bar). ... show more

The product is good quality itself and is very robust. It was alright to install if you are handy and take your time. However one of the hanging hooks arrived crooked. SInce it took me 3 months to unpack this and hang it, I'm not sure if I can get a new part to replace this. Also one part of the installtion screws broke cause of bad quality. I will replace them with other kind of screws. ... show more

Let me start by saying that I'm handy, technical and can do mechanical stuff. I have no fear of putting holes in walls. This would have gotten a great review if the instructions werent so awful. For something seemingly easy, this took me waaaayyy longer than it should have to put together and get on the wall correctly. I understand that these are made in China but I wish they would outsource the instructions to a native language speaker... regardless of the language. Instead the instructions are cryptic. So I seriously put this thing together multiple times. At first, the four hooks werent placed correctly and it was digging into the drywall when I used it. I realized that the lower hooks were critical and reinstalled them. However the instructions didnt make that clear. It was frustrating. So prepare to be frustrated during installation but happy once you figured it out and it's installed correctly. ... show more

Pareciera como si hubiera comprado un aparato usando, tenía muchas partes talladas como si ya la hubieran usando y fue dificil de instalar porque la medidas de las bases no corresponden al estandar de los postes cuando construyen las casas.

Easy to ensamble. Not so much to install since you have to make sure it is secure and using the studs in the wall. The studs kind of match up with the hooks separation so that is great so you just need to make sure it is safely and firmly attached to the wall. The expansion screws (provided) or long wood screws will make it. Make sure you are precise finding the studs and level up all your marks. The mounting bolts they provide are for concrete walls.I used 5in power lags and went in to the stud on my wood wall.Its strong and holding.
