This footstool/bench, is just the perfect size I wanted. Fits great with my couch. Very sturdy and well made. The wood on it is beautiful and the seat area has very nice fabric. I use it all the time. Would highly recommend.

    • Great foot stool but error in manufacturing
It's a good stool, but look out. One of the holes designed to insert a wood peg was threaded for a screw meaning not only would the peg not fit, but also the screw would not secure the side piece in place. Luckily the threading was inserted with a hex shaped tool and I was able to unscrew the threading and put it into the correct hole. If I didn't have a fancy socket wrench kit, I would not have been able to assemble this simple foot stool. Aside from this issue, it is sturdy and looks lovely. ... show more

This is a great, easy-to-assemble footstool. It came undamaged and securely packaged. I also have an armchair from Baxton Studio (BBT8013 in grey), and this footstool matches it in fabric color, which is great. Just needed a little something for a dead spot in the living room (and wanted to hide an outlet there too). The height and width of this piece was just perfect and really gives a "finished look" to the room. The mid-century modern style blends with any decor, the wood and fabric are both neutral enough even for just about any setting. This piece will also be used as an ottoman for the couch as needed. So it is both beautiful and functional. I fell in love with the photo and could not get this piece out of my head...nothing else I saw would compare. This was a needed item since I gave my niece my ottoman/coffee table and replaced it with a hard top table. It was easy to assemble even though the instructions were not included. Also $70 less expensive than Wayfair.
