When I got this it looked so nice taking it out of the box. Until I tried to open up the drawers. The drawers were stuck and couldn’t open them all the way. I had to take them off the hinges and re crew them in on every single drawer. A lot of the drawers had scratches and pieces coming off. I was a little disappointed when I had to fix the drawers so they can properly open up correctly. It was a process to get them back on the hinges as well. I was upset when I noticed scratches and little pieces coming off as shown in pictures. We were able to fix it so the drawers opened up correctly. Also, when moving the dresser into room the top of middle piece strip of wood came off of the middle piece of dresser that holds it together. We tried to push it back into place but didn’t work, so now I have a block of wood underneath the dresser to hold up the piece that won’t pop back into place. If the block of wood wasn’t there to hold up dresser the dresser would slant in word and causing both side of drawers to open on each side because of the middle top piece of wood isn’t in right. It still isn’t even in all the way. (See photo) Also, back of dresser bottom board is cracked. I’m pretty upset because of all of what I had to do to make this dresser function like a dresser. It was a lot of time to figure out how to make it work. The dresser looks really nice on the outside. The leather was in great shape beside the drawer marks and the crystal/ knobs were nice. The scratches and pieces that are coming off are barely noticeable, but still annoying because of the amount I paid for this item.     • Started to sink in after 2 years

The drawers did not fit in correctly and started to tare the cloth. Most importantly it is now sinking in the middle the dresser is not sturdy at all. I don't know if I got a defective item or what but I'm so upset I wasted my money on a dresser that the top would start to sink in wards. Its a beautiful peace I just wish it was built better. ... show more

I received this dresser and the exterior seemed to be in perfect condition, as was the box. However, when I went to open the drawers, every single one had, had the screws ripped out of the drawer slides and/or broken the part of the drawer the slide attaches to completely off. Amazon sent me a replacement and the replacement seemed to be in better condition, but I still had to remove every single drawer(3 of which didn’t even stay in the dresser and fell out when pulled) and fix every slide. This dresser is not made well enough to handle the shipping it must go through to get to you. Whether that is the shippers mishandling it considering it says “fragile” on the side of the box or just because it isn’t made with the best materials or assembly. Either way, I do not recommend getting this dresser unless you are willing to put some serious time and effort into making it work. Which shouldn’t be the case for a dresser that comes fully assembled besides the drawer handles and the legs. Not worth it to me! ... show more

    • Beautiful dresser but stains easily.

The dresser is beautiful and I love it. However I'm giving it 3 stars, as the type of material (Faux Leather), stains easily. The handyman put the printed instructions paper face down on the the top of the dresser, and the black ink was imprinted on the dresser. I forgot the same, and placed an envelope with a black ink address label face down on the dresser, and the ink was also imprinted on the dresser. Don't let this stop you from buying such a beautiful piece of furniture, you just have to protect the top with a nice white shimmering scarf, or place a piece of clear plexy glass on the top of it to avoid this. I tried removing it with a little water and soap, but unsuccessful. Can anyone advise me what I could use to remove this, without discoloring the dresser? Also the handyman advised me that the drawer where all the hardware was packed in was cracked, however he fixed it. Otherwise the dresser is beautiful and functional, I'll buy it again, but protect it. Shipping was expeditious, and customer service was excellent. ... show more

Came already broken in the box, didn’t notice until I finally went to put it together that 4 of the drawers were broken and missing screws. Not too pleased with the mishandling of the item and the inconvenience caused by it. The price was crazy but I wanted it to match my bed, yet I paid for shipping aswell for it to come broken .. such a disappointment.. Will be buying an ikea drawer instead. ... show more

OMG!!! I luv luv luv this piece. It is so girly and goes perfect in my GIRL Den. It arrived on time, was packaged well, and seems to be a sturdy piece. However, there was a hole in the back of the unit, no worries since no one will see it. Assembly was simple, it took all of 10-15 minutes. I plan on purchasing the night stands and standing floor mirror that match and decorating them with all of my jewelry,, scarfs, and everything glitzy and glamorous!!!. I hope all that bought/plan to buy enjoy this as much as I do. ... show more

I hoped I would be right and that this thing would be tight but It actually got delivered super fast in a HUGE box because it arrives all put together apart from needing to put the feet on as well as take the crystal knobs and unscrew them and flip then and re screw because they have the crystal knobs screwed inward so during shipment they do not break. It's crazy because I looked at the reviews and it's so mixed but there is truly no flaws to the one I received and I love it, goes with my mirror and bedframe from the same collection. So the box is of course very heavy its all put together in a huge box and you will need to dispose of a lot of cardboard and styrofoam after but it is the easiest set up ever and its absolutely beautiful worth every penny will post more photos later I highly recommend so far ... show more
