Features

  • Natural White Clay - After firing in the kiln it will be a nice white piece.
  • How to Fire - For the best results, bisque to Cone 04 then glaze to Cone 06.
  • This clay is organic, made in the USA, is non-toxic and can be used for all kinds of different crafts.
  • With 5 pounds of clay you can use it to make multiple small pieces or sculpt and let airdry. If you are airdrying it will not be a permanent piece and will break if made wet or dropped.
  • Please note that, like any dark, damp, organic environments, blocks of moist clay are perfect growing grounds for mold. The type of mold that grows on clay is not harmful (but maybe smelly), and is actually a desirable trait to many potters, as it acts as a natural plasticizer

  • Affordable and practical
My son is taking a pottery class as an elective in college and is constantly needing more clay. This beats having to go to campus or a craft store to buy the clay. It is very easy to use and does the trick!

  • Why so pricey!
Artwork! But will need to find cheaper source!

  • Not my favorite but good enough
Good clay but just slightly dryer than I would want in order to keep ordering. It needs moisture before I can make it work for me. It fires a nice bright white. The value is much less than what you can find at a pottery supply shop.

  • Great product for the mone!
This clay came ready to use, and was perfect for the items I wanted to make. It was easily molded by hand, held its shape well, and the price was good, too!

  • Bad, overpriced clay DON’T BUY
I got an old itch to try throwing clay. Ah high school art class! As soon as I was able to open and use the clay I knew it was bad. It’s way too hard and extremely overpriced. Just got clay from a local shop. You could immediately tell the difference and I got triple the amount for less than this block. Shame on you seller!!! ... show more

  • Lovely clay, but a bit pricy for five pounds...
Lovely low fire clay, good quality, but way too pricey for the amount of clay I received, a mere five pounds. It's on me, I neglected to look at the weight, as it was presented along with several other purchase choices with net weights of 25 pounds, so I assumed that was the weight for this product. I purchased another brand of low fire clay and got 40 pounds+ for nearly the same price, and I cannot tell the difference. ... show more
