Very easy to understand directions, the middle pole came bent up a little so I banged it back right with my hammer and it then slid right into the bottom pole to insert the knob. The backboard was a little scratched up but the kids are enjoying it!

I purchased this goal and it took me a few months before I even took it out of the box. By the time I was able to assemble it, I realize one of the pre-drill holes was not drilled. I contacted the seller and they immediately resolve the issue by refunding me 100% of the cost of the gold because I will have to pay someone to repair it. I offered to send it back and they declined said no need to send it back. I give it five stars because of the great customer service I received. ... show more

This is the cheapest basketball goal I ever put together And now I can't return it unless I pay the freight charge, which I don't have the plexy glass is super thin and now mine leaks,, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

This item was very easy-to-use and assembled my grandkids put it together themselves, the basketball is sturdy and tell enough for him he's 13 @6 foot already, so I need for it to last, they put lights around the back board so they could play at night Great price, it was packaged well not missing parts, and it came earlier than expected,....my grandkids are very happy for Christmas, yes I would buy again ... show more
