I bought two collars for my very loud and obnoxious pups. One is a shih tzu mix and the other is a bichon frisse. They are about 11 and 9 pounds respectively. They bark at everything. The wind, loud noises, cars driving by, kids playing. It got so bad and my husband works third shift. I cannot have my dogs waking him up. Set up was a breeze. It’s literally two buttons you are working with. I had absolutely no issues setting them up. You can put it on vibrate and warning tone together or just one or the other. First time they barked the collars went off and the dogs were startled and immediately stopped. It works so well for my shih tzu that she won’t bark now. My bichon frisse will need a little more training but she’s only a year old and bichons are notoriously stubborn about everything. It has, however, vastly improved. We have a 10lb doggy, I bought it because it said small dogs, but the sensor I felt was way too big. Measured 2 1/8” x 1 1/2” x 1” thick. Promotional material showed it on a small chihuahua, no way that is the same product! We never used it and returned.

I was excited to receive this bark collar for my 10 pound dog. I bought the mini collar. It is gigantic and cannot be adjusted for a small dog. There is no way that this collar is a mini colllar. I returned it.

Very pleased with this no bark collar. My dog has barking fits especially in the early evening. I tried two other types of collars in the past with limited success. I am so grateful that this collar really works. She doesn't mind wearing it at all. In fact, she comes up to me so that I can put it on her. It seems to relax her. The battery life on this is amazing. And the price is much lower than any of the others I have tried. Plus it doesn't require refills of cartridges, etc. I highly recommend this. I recently adopted a dog that was a former puppy mill dog and hated being left alone. I have another dog as well but he wanted to have a person around as well. He would bark nonstop until I came home and I was getting complaints from neighbors that he was barking too much. I tried different things from calming collars, ointments anything I can find at the pet store. This collar has been the only thing that has been effective!! Bout this collar for our new puppy to train her to not bark while being crate trained. We were able to size it down to fit. Unfortunately it only works randomly. She can bark for 10 mins before it would go off. I turned the sensitivity up to 4 but then it would go off randomly even if she was not barking. I wish a minus 1 or 2 star were an option.I am purchasing this product for the second time with the hope that this one won't be defective. This is the third brand of bark collar I am buying. They were all defective in some way. DINJO the screen / monitor only showed half the display, the second brand not sure began with R had a very low volume although it was turned up to 8 the highest level and this brand the vibration works but not the sound. My nephew purchased DINJO and it works fine. I am dedperate to find a bark collar that deters my dog from barking incessantly. I.have a path worn to the store returning them that is not close by. I am thoroughly disgusted and very disappointed. Amazon is dealing or contracting with very disreputable companies with shoddy low quality products. When I complained about this I was told Amazon is not responsible for the defective products and I have to contact the third party sellers and deal with them. I email these companies and get no response. They are always foreign companies. Big surprise right ? On several occasions they have said that products were delayed in shipping and after about a month or longer Inform me that the product is no longer available. Amazon's service including customer service has been going consistently down hill. Their customer service is contracted out to a foreign country and the representatives are hard to understand and they get testy when I explain that to them. I also am hard of hearing which adds to the problem. After I explain the problem they say that I need to speak with someone else and this happens at least 3 xs per phone call which last no less than an hour every time I call and almost always ends with no resolution to the problem. I am extremely frustrated. Initially was very happy with Amazon products and services but that is now not the case. I am looking for other options. I still am giving the company that makes this product one more chance but don't expect anything better. This certainly is a sad commentary about the companies and services the American consumer has to deal with today especially Amazon. ... show more
